“Hey, Sin, are you masturbating in there?”

All I heard was Sin growl. The curtain stilled. “What the fuck are you doing in here?”

Oh, he did sound pissed. “Just trying to save a guy from wearing out his wrists.” I grabbed the end of the curtain and pulled it open. That reveal was worth a thousand days in a cage. He was hotter than he looked in clothes. Muscle against muscle, almost pale skin with freckles from one shoulder to the other. He had a hairy chest and a trimmed trail of coarse black hair going down his very flat belly. His hands were cupped over the parts I wanted to see the most. “Hey there.”

Sin made that growl sound again. It had less impact when the man was covering his goods and dripping wet. “Hel, I will drop you.”

“Oh, that sounds fun.” I grinned and lowered to my knees outside the flat base of the shower. There was a rock style seat in there I could have used but I figured he’d get out as I was getting in. “Come on, open up.” I pointed to his crotch and licked my lips.

“Back off.”

I blocked his only way out. The hot water still splashed onto his right side and steam made the air almost unbearable to breathe. So, what did I do? I slid my hands up his thighs, of course. His legs were fucking packed with muscle. Did he spend all day working this body? “And he shivers.” I felt that subtle tensing as my hands shifted closer.

“Hel, get out.”

He was no fun. “You got to take your hands off your dick to throw me out, Sin, and the second you do that my mouth’s going to be on that cock like a dust storm sucking up sand.”

He stared down at me, obviously having issues covering his cock now that it was growing. “I’m not going to be like every other bodyguard you’ve had.”

“Hel!” Sin grabbed my wrist.

Wow, this 4th installment of Sons of Outlaws was really action-packed and was a wonderful read. Even reading this story out of order…I knew exactly where I was in the overall arc and it totally kept me captive. This is Helrick’s story…President Justice’s son and his bodyguard Sin. Hel and Sin…I love it!! Helrick has spent his life protected and hidden away as there were people who would use him to hurt his father, President Justice. Helrick feels so useless an he’s bored, so he keeps sleeping with his bodyguards. Helrick feels that something has got to alleviate the bored that is his life. Helrick doesn’t even really believe the threats to his life are even real…that leads him on this merry chase that becomes this adventure. Singular “Sin” Attaway…I LOVE that name!! When you find out the reason for his name…well…let’s just say…you’ll want his parents dead…I know I did!! Sin’s story was just so damn sad and yet…this young man persevered to make a life for himself and to be the very best that he absolutely could. I like that Sin didn’t fall into Hel’s bed. He wanted to do the job that was asked of him and do it well. I really have to say that I just Loved Sin so much!! I totally see where he was coming from and that he had this loyalty to him. This story had so much action and adventure going on that I was totally hooked and truly didn’t want it to end!! Hel’s need to disobey and live his own life…puts him in the way of danger from all sides and by his side is Sin. I totally love that when things are going down…Helrick is afraid and he starts to really listen to Sin and to understand that his life is in danger and he needs to listen to Sin in order to survive. I like that the truly sexy times…it took them awhile to get there. Totally worth the read and by dammit…this series was really fun and I’m totally sad that it’s over. Get this series and get invested into these characters!!

Yes, you read that right. The Dick Defender. I feel the need to stand up straight and plant my hands on my hips every time I see the title, like some erotic announcer. Love it! The cover’s pretty hot too but I’m here to talk about the actual book... … Hel is part of the Outlaw mc of Mars (that’s right the planet mars!). He has various bodyguards because his father is the president but Hel only uses them for sex. When assassins come to collect him, he has to rely on the sexy bodyguard Sin, who refuses his advances. Oh yeah, there’s also the storm of the century about to hit! Wow. This book is amazing! From the beginning, I was pulled in. I’ve been waiting for the ‘big storm’ about to hit the city of mars. Hel is hard to love in the beginning but quickly I softened toward him. He’s spoiled, yes but he’s also hasn’t had much chance to grow because of his overprotective fathers. Sin, oh my God, Sin! His past is heartbreaking, just freaking heartbreaking. I liked him to beginning with. He is sarcastic but quiet and he refuses to be another notch on Hel’s belt. When the storm hits I literally bit my nails. It is so beautiful and scary. The details are crazy good but not too much where it bogs the story down. Their romance is a sweet one but seriously *fans self* sexy *ice water*. You can read this book without reading the previous but once you read this you’ll want to read them all. There’s only one book left (according to the authors FB profile). I can’t wait to read it! ​ The Dick Defender is a new take on MC romance and James Cox brings some serious sexy with a plot. A Must read!

With this fourth book in the series, the focus moves back to Mars, just before the big sandstorm that featured at the end of book three, and one of the men I was most curious about - President Justice’s son, Helrick. With an unnamed terrorist group who opposes the evacuation to Earth threatening the president’s life, Helrick is being kept safe – much to his increasing anger. He is a member of the Outlaw MC, but he never gets to have any adventures with them… until events take an unexpected turn. Helrick doesn’t take life seriously. He is mainly interested in having a good time with as many men as he can find, especially his bodyguards. Helrik is spoiled, doesn’t think about the future, and when Mars’s environmental disaster becomes unavoidable and real damage occurs, Helrick is not ready for any of it. He’ll have to grow up rather quickly if he wants to survive not just the natural disasters but the political mess caused by assassins who are after his father’s – and his – life. Sin is Helrick’s newest bodyguard – and he is professional, unrelentingly resistant to any advances (or demands) Helrick makes, and the only thing he is interested in is keeping Helrick alive. Or so it seems. Sin has an interesting back story, and as I got to know him, I began to like him. His life wasn’t easy, and he has reasons for what he believes and how he acts. As straight-laced as he seems, he turns out to be the best possible partner for Helrick – not that either of the stubborn guys admit this easily. And with all the action and danger around them, it’s not exactly their first priority. If you like spoiled brats who learn about the serious side of life in the face of danger, if you want to watch two stubborn men fight it out, and if you’re looking for an action-packed story with a strong side helping of scorching physical activity, then you might like this novella.

great fun and most probably my favourite one yet

I was looking for shine and got dazzlement! James Cox truly is the defender of di*ks because Hel was a di*k.......at first anyway, but in the capable hands of the author, he grew rapidly (pun intended) to someone I liked and Sin liked him even more. I was cheering him on long before the book ended and it's all down to two elements - 1). Sin. (Oh boy, do I love you Sin) and 2). The sexy but very clever storyline I devoured this latest offering in the Series. I liked the way the author subtly put a moral undertone into the storyline, he made a good point but in a fun, sexy way that made you notice and think even more - good job author. This can be read as a standalone but I strongly suggest that you start with book 1 to get full benefit. James Cox really has cornered the market on BDSM = Badass Dirty Sexy Machinations and he always leaves me wanting more. When's the next book? 5 big fat defender stars from me.

Whoohoo!! Another great book in the Sons of Outlaws Series by James Cox. I couldn't resist and read it in one go, it's that good. But hey, it's a book by James and one of my favorite series, I HAD to. The title is awesome and fits perfectly, really! When you reach this special scene within the story you will know what I mean... Attention: Maybe some spoilers ahead! I love Helrick, especially when he finally understands his life better and what it means to be the son of the president of the last humans on Mars. I had a single tear in my eye, when Justice welcomed him to adulthood, dang, I was proud of Hel myself, this c#cky little thickhead. And sexy Sin, they really are a perfect match: Hell and Sin got to go great together. But will it work out between them just as Hel seems to imagine it? And will they live long enough to be together? Will mankind survive till their last hope from Earth will perhaps appear? Again we have a story full af adventure, surprises, lots of action, some steamy scenes (just imagining the shower scene...dang!) a c#cky presidents son and his slightly grumpy but hot as hell bodyguard and last but not least maybe the end of all humanity in Mars. What more do you wish for? Sounds like some adventorous, sexy time to me, so what are you waiting for? Highly recommended to all Outlaw MC fans out there.

James Cox has done it again. Full of hope and wonder, drama and action, love and romance, and of course a sex scene or two. While I wished for more at the end it does leave you with a happy ending and a yearning to find out what is going to happen next.

Hel and Sin are a funny sexy couple. The author draws you deeper into the struggle to leave Mars as the civilization collapses. The series is addictive, funny, and dirty sexy. Fans of Romeo will love his son. The series and the author are well worth the read plus he is the king of Dick titles.
