J. Alison Cole started college to study accounting but quickly realized she didn’t want to do that for the rest of her life. (No offense to accountants. We need them.) From there, she turned to her artistic side and found a job as a graphic artist. However, with her active imagination, she soon put pen to paper in another form. Thus, her love of writing romance launched her into a new career.

When she’s not writing, which is rare, her creativity flows into painting, putting together stained glass, or talking her wonderful and supportive husband into some insane project for the patio. (Most recently, a bottled wall behind the arbor. It’s gorgeous.) He blessed her with two handsome sons, her true pride and joy.

She and her husband made their home in Maryland with a lazy bulldog named Hazel and an Australian Cattle dog named Roxy.
