Grizzly grasped Piper's shoulder and hauled her to her feet, ignoring her weak protests. She tried to shove at him, to punch him, but it felt like she was hitting a brick wall. Grizzly finally tucked his gun in his holster and then pushed her against the wall. He pinned her wrists above her head, holding her in place. She bared her teeth at him.
“Let me go. I had nothing to do with my scummy father’s dealings,” she said.
“I thought you were a fragile little lamb at first, but you’re a feisty thing, aren’t you?” Grizzly asked.
Her heart hammered as he gazed down at her like she was something edible. Piper wasn’t sure what was better—being looked at like trash that needed to be disposed of or a potential prey. What truly bothered her was the way her body was reacting to his rough handling.
The shameful part of Piper liked being restrained by a powerful man like Grizzly. Hell, she could feel her nipples hardening under her sweatshirt. Not a good sign. She should be outright terrified, but Grizzly hadn’t killed her yet. He must want something else from her. Information? A chill went down her spine as knowledge lit his eyes.
“You’re coming with me,” Grizzly said. “Now we can do this two ways, easy or hard. If you comply, then there won’t be a problem. If you fight me, it’ll become messy.”
“I’m not an idiot. I can’t go head-to-head with a monster like you,” Piper said, giving him a defiant stare. “I’ll play nice as long as you do the same.”
He chuckled, and that sound shouldn’t have been so sexy, so male. Then to her shock, Grizzly actually released her.
A well written perfectly paced story pulling you in from the start. This was about Grizzly and the Ruthless Reapers making a wrong right against the Black Dogs MC. This is a standalone read and book five in the series so you just want to grab the others to get the stories.
Another wonderful Biker MC story, we have arrived at the fifth part of the Ruthless Reapers MC. This story is from start to finish with everything you will have to deal with in an MC, betrayal, danger, action and plenty of hot scenes. Grizzly and Piper meet when, as the MC's enforcer, he apprehends a traitor named Mervin who is selling important info on his MC and other MCs. What will he do when he discovers Piper? Will he abide by the rules of the club leave no witnesses or will he choose another option? If you like Biker stories, this is definitely recommended.
I loved this book about Grizzly and Piper. It was exciting, steamy, and a little violent. I loved how we get to see some of the characters from the previous stories in this a series as well. Can't wait for the next book from this author!
Grizzly's Pride is an enthralling, yet hot, endearing and steamy love story that will pull at your heartstrings. It is a must read book.

Another hit from this author! I am really loving this series! Who doesn't love a good MC themed romance. And the characters? You cannot help but to enjoy reading their story, and devour every interaction. I would say you would enjoy this alone but really you do need to read the previous books in this series as they are all just delicious!!
Grizzly is the enforcer for the Ruthless Reapers MC and he is after a guy that has double crossed them. However, he didn't count on finding Piper hiding in the bathroom. He takes Piper home with him to question her and ends up agreeing to help keep her safe from a rival MC. Sparks fly between them. Grizzly is taking Piper on against his Prez's advice. Can he keep her safe? Will something more grow between them. This is an amazing story that is action packed. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.
Grizzly is looking for revenge because someone sold out his MC club. When he finds him and deals with that person he discovers a girl in the bathroom. She's the daughter of the guy that some him out. Now he had to decide what he's going to do with her.
I enjoyed this story. It's a fast read with great characters. Grizzly, (Grayson) is the enforcer for his MC. He's looking for the traitor who betrayed the MC. He finds the traitor's daughter hiding. He's fascinated with Piper so he takes her back with him to the Ruthless Reapers MC compound. The story has some emotional trauma, danger, darkness, action, violence, insta love, and steam. I loved the characters and their journey to their HEA. Great book and wonderful series.
When Grizzly and his brother wait to go into the apartment to end the rat that double crossed his club by selling information about their club to their rivals .Grizzly hears the man they are after tell someone to go out the window.They kick the door open and Grizzly walks up to Mervin and shots him killing him.He got off easier than he should have.He tells Gunner to go call the cleaners he'll take care of whoever is in the bathroom.Piper knew her father was a thief and A fool she spent her whole life working two or more jobs so they had a dump of an apartment to live in an something to eat.When he father told her to pack quickly they had to go she ok new he screwed up big time this time.She heard the shots an she should be upset knowing her father was dead but she didn't feel anything now she was going to die because of him.Grizzly told who ever you are open this door or ill just kick it in.There are so many twists and turns to this story you will be riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.
Grizzly is a long standing member and enforcer with the MC. He finds Piper while taking care of club business and has a pull towards her almost immediately. From there both the story and the chemistry takes off. The two are explosive and the steamy scenes are great! There is a lot of action in this book and it is nice to see some of the other members.

This was a fun fast read that brings together Grizzly, an MC enforcer, and Piper, the daughter of the guy that betrayed his MC. Upon seeing each other, after he killed her no-good father, a spark was lit and, instead of killing her, too, he takes her under his protection. As they spend more time together, love blooms but there's lots of drama and danger winging around these two, along with angst. However, love prevails and it was an entertaining addition to the series.
As soon as I saw Winter Sloane mention mc romance, bikers, bad boy I was hooked. Grizzly & Piper's story is was a 5 star read for me so if you love a some dark romance that is erotic then I highly suggest giving their story a read. They may not have met under the best of circumstances but how far will Grizzly go to protect Piper?
Grizzly is a part of the Ruthless Reapers MC and it’s his job to take out loose ends. Once he finishes off the mark, he finds the dead man’s daughter hiding in the bathroom. He would usually have no problem finishing the job, but something about Piper stopped him. Even though Piper was hiding and scared the first time they met, her natural feisty side comes out showing that she has some backbone after all. This was an entertaining, steamy and thrilling MC romance.

Grizzly knew the moment he saw Piper that she was it for him. Piper brought those long buried feelings of love gone past. Piper is not only down on her luck but pulled into a world that Mervin, her father, has just roped her and she has no way out. In trusting Grizzly she found a home and a family and with Grizzly relaxing with Piper, Grizzly learned to see that love is real and you are being watched over. I love the speed of the action in the book and the realistic moves of bing in a MC.

Good story! This is a good story set in a motorcycle club. While we only see glimpses of the other members of the MC, in the end the brotherhood is shown. Grizzly has a painful past, just like Piper. Instant lust between a fierce protector and a strong woman. Hot and fast read.

Piper surprises him, she is braver than he first thought and he finds her intoxicating. Maybe it is time to put his grief aside. At first Grizzly scares her, but there is something about him that draws her to him. It is not long before she realizes the gruff exterior hides a big heart. When it comes out that her father was playing everyone, who will protect who?
She was in the wrong place at the wrong time when her father was killed because he was selling secrets and drugs and the hitman chose not to kill her. He had lost his wife and son 5 years ago and this woman woke his heart but the other MC is after her and she gave the ultimate sacrifice but in the end it worked out, was a nice quick story for me.

An easy short read. It a little darker type of romance with a little suspense. This is part of a series but can easily be read as a stand-alone.

He wasn't expecting to find Piper and it leads to gut feeling decisions instead his normal course of action. Piper turns out to be much more than he expected in personality and how she effects him. Winter Sloan delivers another cracker of a story. I love this story where Grizzly finds Piper when checking her fathers hotel room. He takes her with him and everything develops from there. There is is humor, suspense, action, adventure and far more. I recommend anyone who is a fan of the genre to read this book.
Her writing just sucks you in. I have yet to find a bad book. This storyline had me nail-biting on the edge of my seat. When things should have went one way it went the other. Loved loved loved it

When he takes her with him and becomes her protector what does this mean for Piper? Very good book! I liked it a lot. It's an interesting start to the story and I like how it goes from there. The characters are well written and I like seeing a glimpse of characters from previous books in the series.

He had a decision to make to send her along the same route as her father or take her with him. His decision will change the course of their lives. This action-packed story kept me glued to the pages and tuned into Grizzly and Piper's drama from start to finish!
I love the men of this MC. They play hard and love hard. They are completely faithful to their ladies. Grizzly and Piper met during a hellish time. He shot and killed her father. But they saw something in each other anyway. Grizzly was amazing. Even with the huge loss he dealt with in his past it didn't stop him from falling in love with Piper. I loved how protective he was of her. He may be vicious like a grizzly, but he is a teddy bear with her. I loved their story and the ending they got.

Wow, I loved this one! Grizzly and Piper met when he was dealing with her father's betrayal of his MC. While interrogating her, Grizzly fell in love. These two were so good together!

This is the fifth story in the "Ruthless Reapers MC". It can be enjoyed as a stand alone read but has connected characters. The story is a fairly short and quick read about Grizzly and Piper's story. They meet in a very tense moment when Grizzly is stands over her. He sees her crouched in the corner and cannot just get rid of her. He falls pretty hard and fast for her and rocks her world. Grizzly has had his share of pain and loss but never lets his brothers down. Piper has had a rough life as well especially in dealing with her father. She is just what Grizzly needs but he is what she needs too. I enjoyed their story. There is action, danger, dark themes, passion, love and tenderness. Fun ending as well.

I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
I finished this book in less than 12 hours. It was a light, quick read, with a HAE that I was looking for at the time. Even at the beginning I could tell that the FMC was strong and that carried till the end showing how strong she was. The MMC was exactly what you want from a MC romance. Big, tattooed, scary to everyone, and complete sweetheart to his woman.

I love the development between Grizzly and Piper as he gets to know her for her and not as the traitors daughter. The way Piper opens up to Grizzly really shows a different side to him and gets him to realize what love is again, after losing so much of his previous life.

This book was a fun and short read. The plot flowed really smoothly and was well written. The main couple had very good chemistry between them throughout. Loads of MC action and suspense are there for you to enjoy.

Now wondering what her father did this time she steps out only to find him dead and a huge man standing and threatening her. She holds her ground because that is what she has always done. Grizz is surprised and excited by her spunk which he has not felt in years since his wife’s death and finds out that she know’s nothing of her father’s dealings but needs to protect her from the other club because he also betrayed them as well. Will these two be able to hold off feelings for each other? Read this good story and find out. A good book with good characters.
This was a good story. It started off with grumpy grizzly taking the daughter of a rat. Thinking she knew the ins and outs of her fathers scam. But she didn’t. He didn’t believe her so he took her against the MCs rule and his brothers asking why her… He didn’t know why her. She made him feel something he had locked away for 5 years after the passing of his wife and son. Drama ensued after the rival mc caught wind he took the daughter. They stalked her and wanted to take her for themselves. Bit Grizzly wasn’t having it…. Spice level is a 2. Plot is a 4.
Pretty much the typical MC romance where guy saves girl and they fall madly in love. Their was some mild violence and action to pull it all together for a short but sweet book. Enjoyed the continuation of the Ruthless Reapers series.
Grizzly loves his MC and delivering justice against those who wrong his MC brothers, but a quick in-and-out job suddenly becomes complicated when he finds the young and beautiful daughter of the enemy hiding in the bathroom. Piper thought her no good dad’s troubles finally was bringing her to her end when she met Grizzly, but there was something about Piper that intrigued him. Too bad Grizzly’s MC is not the only group looking for Piper. This was a quick (almost too quick) MC age-gap insta-romance with a dash of heat,darkness, action, and a bit of emotional sadness too. For a rough and tough biker Grizzly definitely had a bit of a soft side, probably earned from his tragic past story, that will leave you wanting a grizzly bear hug. The only downside was their relationship felt a bit rushed, like Piper adjusted super fast to her new situation, and I wanted more of their story, but still a nice quick read. 4 stars. Piper has had to deal without a lot since her mom died and her dad was of no help. She proved she is resilient, strong and able to survive on her own. She proves herself to his club and finds a family she has always wanted. If you love a quick, exciting, insta-love MC book, this is the one for you.

Grizzly's Pride is an excellent fast paced story about Grizzly and Piper. The daughter of a club enemy, Grizzly takes it upon himself to "question" her. He's been through a terrible loss and has no intention of getting close to anyone ever again. There's something about Piper though. If they can get past all of the trouble that follows her thanks to her father. Fantastic one sitting read. I couldn't put it down.
My first time reading this authors work and I must say I've got to read the ones before GP because this book was so damn good. Grizzly and Piper was just so right! Really enjoyed their story. This was the first book I’ve picked up by Winter Sloane and I am definitely going to have to go back and read more stuff by her. The writing was fluid and the story satisfying from start to end.
