It would help so you have a more overall picture but not necessary. The beginning Faith is brought in to see Graham because she is "squatting" in their warehouse and has been for almost two weeks. The men who brought Faith in believed she was a young boy, but Graham finds out who she really is and what is going on in her situation, her father was trying to marry her off to a perverted psychopath. Graham decides he has to help her and is going to hide her, he speaks with his older brother and father, and they agree she should be hidden. They decide the best way to protect her from her father is for Faith to marry someone in their family, Graham believes he is the only option, he wants her. There is a little twist thrown in when Faith tells them she has sisters and a mother that need rescuing from her father too. Faith believes her father will try to marry her sisters off too. The two of them find their way to being happy together and do end up sleeping together, and not just sleeping. This book has plenty of action and a little intrigue too. I enjoyed that there is not just one "romance" in this book, there's another one, or two, that begins.
