The glass cage rises from beneath the stage, bathed in unforgiving white light. And just like that, I’m fucked.

Evangeline is forced to wed a mean and abusive alpha by her mother, so her family gains power in society She is given a tip - the Sanctuary can help her gain her freedom, by spending a night with an Alpha who wins her in an auction Zion, who has promised himself who would never ever feel prey to the charms of an omega, sees her and cannot help but bet for her. The catch? 12 hours are not enough. Assuming you can read the story with the trigger warnings (family coercion, dubcon, dark romance, amongst them), I highly recommend it - could not stop reading from beginning to end. Well written, the chemistry between the characters is fantastic, plot very well developed Looking forward to reading more from Jade Marshall

This is a very short read. This is Zion and Evageline’s story. Evageline does not want to marry the alpha her mother promised her to. What she does is go to The Sanctuary.. What Zoin sees her and promised he would never take an omega, but will he?

Evangaline goes to the sanctuary to auction herself to get enough money to escape the marriage her mother's forcing. She is purchased by Alpha Zion who doesn't want a permenant omega so the 12 hours he has with Evangaline should be more than enough....Right? Except 12 hours indulging in Eva and seeing her submission and how she reacts to him he cannot get enough but he lets her go. Only to find her mother found out and is forcing the marriage so he goes and shows everyone what happens if you mess with what's his. I'd say this books maybe 20 % plot and 80%. I enjoyed it if you like short spicy novellas then this is for you.

Once again we are at a Sanctuary auction of omegas to Alphas, which is a Black Market Auction, that happens once a year. There are rules, there to protect the Omegas from the Alphas’ claiming them, etc. Zion is one of the brothers that controls Sanctuary. He has sworn that he would never buy an omega for the night, but he has to eat those words that year. Because one of the Omegas is His. He instantly can tell from her scent and thus, after the initial bids, he makes his, and wins. The fact that most Alphas are nervous and/ or afraid of him and his brother may play a part in that. lol. The Omega he chose is Evangeline, who is running from her Fate, that her mother wanted for her. She fights her nature at first, but Zion is very persuasive. I was shocked that Zion let her go, plus, I was shocked that she went home. I assumed that she would use the money that was hers from the sale to leave home. I thought she was smarter, but then again, this is what the author wanted to do with her, lol. When Evangeline wakes once she is home, her mother is ticked off, because she knows what E did. But, the wedding to the Alpha chosen by her mother, Alpha Corvin is set in stone. She is taken before the council and the ceremony begins and the evil Alpha says things that had my heart beating in fear for E. Thank goodness for his twin brother’s (Aiden) omega, Bella. She talks some sense into Zion and then he does what he should do- go and save his omega. I won’t tell you how. lol. That is the good part. The book is fun, weirdly romantic, scary, steamy, has a few triggers for some ppl. But, the story is great. I loved it. I especially loved the epilogue. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

This Series just keeps getting better and better. I was hooked from the first turn of the page. The chemistry is off the charts and the action is non-stop. I enjoyed how this couple got together and the play by play between these two strong characters. This is a must read!!

This is Book 3 of The Sanctuary series. It can be read as a standalone but for maximum enjoyment read the previous books before this one. The characters were well written and developed. World building was solidly drawn. The plot was intriguing and exciting and well paced. All in all a great addition to the series. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend this series. This is another hot and engaging addition to the series and I have to say that Zion really brings the intensity to the reading ride ;) He's part owner of The Sanctuary and determined to never have an omega of his own...until he scents Evangeline. Ha! These two are fire together but between his arrogance and the club rules, he almost loses out... Expect to get caught up in the chemistry, drama, action and spice when you dive into this one. You won't be disappointed ;D

It's clear that the MMC is quite obsessed, evident on every page. While he might be reluctant to admit it, his strong need for her pushes him to seal their bond permanently. The FMC may appear delicate, but she's actually been able to tame a true alpha—someone many people are often wary of. Even after several years, his desire seems to deepen, but this kind of possessiveness fits them both well.

Another Great Read. Zion is arrogant, intense and part owner of the Sanctuary. He would never get involved with an Omega until the night he was floored with her scent. A super-hot sexy read with lots of steamy moments. Although the story is short it packs a punch and you won’t be disappointed as this couple get their HEA.

Zion is an arrogant man, who wouldnt get distracted by an Omega, that is until Evangeline is up for auction, running from a circumstances out of her control giving it up at the sanctuary for 12 hours was her way to get some only she attracts Zions attention and thats a lethal combination. Well written engaging steamy desires drama and more.
