Celestial Hearts is the first book that I have read by this author and she didn’t disappoint whatsoever. I absolutely enjoyed reading this paranormal romance from start to finish. While reading this book, I realized that I didn’t want to put it down until I read the last page. The characters are well developed and beautifully executed throughout the story. This is the prequel to the Hearts of Avalar story line and tells of a powerful Chaos witch named Maeve who is charged by the goddess with the task of saving the future of Avalar from the Five. To do this she must call her Fated mate Corbin the Raven shifter to join her so they can secure that future by the birth of a daughter that will continue the Chaos line into the future. The story is short and steamy and alludes to an somewhat uncertain and troubled future but also makes me want to see what happens next.
