I have read other novels by this author and really enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. From the first chapter this novel sucked me in and held on tight until the very last page, I loved Axel and Joey's story. My heart hurt for Joey and all she and her daughter had been thru with her horrible ex. I loved Joey and how devoted she was toward her daughter. I loved the chemistry between Joey and Axel despite Axel's "rules". I loved watching Axel and his walls and defenses come down and open his heart to Joey and fall in love. So good! Once I started reading I didin't want to put this novel down. I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next.
