Romance on the Go ®

The world has changed since it was ravaged by disease many years ago. Fertile females have become a commodity.

Skye has been preparing for her Partner for the last two years. But nothing could have prepared her for the three men that want everything from her.

Deklan, Blaine, and Kamden have been through it all together, even war. Now they want a Partner that can make their house a home. Skye is the missing piece in their lives. And now that they have her, they will do whatever it takes to keep her.

But nothing is as simple as it seems, and sometimes the past comes back to haunt you.

Be Warned: reverse harem romance (MFMM)

Excerpt:

My heart beats so loud, I’m sure everyone in the room can hear it. The sound of her sniffling has set all three of us in motion, but when we reach the bed, Kamden and Deklan both look at me. What do they want from me? I’ve always been better at the emotional stuff, but this is all new to me too.

I get on the bed beside her and take her left hand in mine, clasping it gently. Watching her, I see a tear track down her cheek.

“Please don’t cry. Nothing is wrong,” I say gently.

She turns her brown gaze toward me. Tears are still pooled in them as she quickly assesses me. Her eyes widen slightly before her gaze finally tracks to first Deklan, and then Kamden. Her eyes are as wide as saucers. I squeeze her hand in mine again to draw her attention back to me.

“Why don’t we head downstairs and talk for a while?” I ask. “You must have a lot of questions.”

She shakes her head but doesn’t look away from me.

“Nothing. Really?” Deklan asks, his deep voice rough in the quiet room.

The girl doesn’t look away from me as she answers. “I was taught to not ask questions. I am here to fulfill my duties and to make my Partner happy.” Her melodious voice washes over me.

I can see the rage as it crosses Kamden’s face, and I feel exactly the same way. Who the fuck has been around this woman, teaching her that she shouldn’t ask questions? That her happiness doesn’t matter?

“Hell no.” Kamden growls before picking her up off the bed.

Her entire body goes taut, but she doesn’t make a sound as he carries her into the walk-in closet.

A dilemma indeed
Written by Noreah on 6th May 2022

Can we deal with a world after a pandemic? Where women are a commodity? To be treasured? Government tests who is fertile and where to best house the young women. Getting prepared for the partner is all the young women do and who knows it might actually happen at some point. Only downside is I really wish it was a longer book but I still enjoyed it. The writing is good but I wish it had more substance as I do like books double the size in general.

Fast Read with Spice and Drama!!
Written by Colleen Ritz on 6th May 2022

This was a new to me author that I will be reading other books by. I loved the concept of this book and loved the Characters. Skye who is a Virgin tasked with matching to a partner to help repopulate the world. Deklan, Blaine and Kamden are best friends who grew up together and have convinced the powers that be to allow them to share the Partner that matches with them. Skye matches with all 3 and gets dropped off at their house to start their journey. Each man was so sweet with her and helped her through her nervousness. There is a bit of drama in this book. It was a shorter book so was a pretty fast read but there was a lot packed into the book.

Dystopian future RH
Written by Dyanna on 6th May 2022

Skye is an 18 year old woman living in a dystopian future where only 10% of women are fertile. As such, girls are tested at a young age, and if fertile are removed from their homes and raised by the government until they turn 18 and are matched with a partner to procreate with. Kamden, Declan and Blaine are war heroes and decided long ago that they wanted to share a partner. Skye isn’t sure what to think when she discovers there are three men waiting for her. I enjoyed the fact that the men gave her time to adjust and encouraged her to ask questions. I wish there had been a little more character development. I received a free copy of this book via Evernight and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The Partner Dilemma
Written by Marisa on 6th May 2022

2020 the planet was ravaged by disease and by the time it was 2029, scientists confirmed the vaccine sterilized a large percentage of the female population. To save the human race, countries started wars to save their people. When females turn 16, they would be tested, where fertility or lack of would determine the rest of their life. Skye was born in 2021, so this is all she has known. By the time she's 16, she's been awaiting the government-selected man to be her partner. The House of Fertility has taught her house to be a partner and mother by learning household tasks, but she is to learn about sex from her partner, so she's completely in the dark about it all. She was taught that her partner would teach her since males had their own likes and dislikes, and she as a woman would only do what her partner asked of her. She's now 18, and it's finally the day she's going to meet her partner, but when she goes to his house, she's surprised to find not one but three men claiming to be her partners. Recommended for someone looking for a short spicy romance with reverse harem, virgin, military men, and dual POV (Skye, Kamden, Blaine & Deklan). It mentions 2020 and the post-pandemic world caused by the vaccine. I think it has a great start for the storyline, but since it is such a short read there wasn't a lot focused on that part. Once Skye meets the men, everything else was forgotten. I would've liked to see more from her growing up, from the guys growing up - especially since they've been such a huge part of each other's lives for years, and even more about just in general with everything going on in the world before they met since there are wars going on and all. My favorite character was definitely Deklan, I felt really drawn to him and loved getting to see him let his guard down and open up to love. I received a free copy of this book via Evernight and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Quick read with great characters!
Written by A. Yu on 28th Apr 2022

This is a quick read RH with a hint of other woman drama. A HEA is the perfect ending to a sweet and short little book that has good character development. I appreciated the multiple POV's as it makes it easier to connect with the characters.

Cute, steamy and a great read
Written by Mikie Ross on 28th Apr 2022

This is a new author for me. I really enjoyed this short read. Skye has been preparing her whole life for this. When she arrives there is not one but three men waiting for her. They build a relationship and get to know her. But when someone from their past shows up, will it ruin what they have strived to build? This was an amazing short read and I definitely recommend it!

Such a great quick read
Written by Nikki J on 28th Apr 2022

Set some time in the future where an apocalyptic disease and vaccine leaves almost the whole female population unable to have children. But Skye is one of the few who can. She has been taught to be that perfect mate to a man. But what she never expected it to be with 3 of them. Blaine, Kamden and Deklan all want to share their home with Skye to love and protect her. But their past creeps up and almost destroys what they’re built with Skye. Such a quick read. You get drama, romance, love, secrets and a fight to keep what you love. Can’t wait to read more from this author. I received this arc and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

Interesting storyline
Written by Aubs on 28th Apr 2022

As a fertile female, Skye has been taught to be the perfect mate. Waiting for the day she’s partnered up. When her time comes, she doesn’t count on the three men who want to share her together. The Partner Dilemma is a quick, spicy reverse harem. The storyline is quite interesting, with widespread disease causing infertility. Overall, a good read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect quick story
Written by Lisa on 28th Apr 2022

This was a great quick read. It is set several years in the future where a deadly virus was killing humans so a vaccine was made but a side effect caused 90% of females to become unable to conceive children. There is a small amount of other woman drama.

4.0 out of 5 stars A different Subject Matter for Jade!
Written by pwnstar on 28th Apr 2022

I always love anything that Jade puts out. This book is no different. The steam was there, the mates were there. What else could you ask for. The only thing I think I would have changed is that she was partnered with all of them and not actually with all of them. It seemed weird to me. As a RH and the concept of the book. While yes she is shared. She isnt truly matched with all three but bargained to be with all three and that didnt sit well with me. Besides that. It was ana amazing read!
