His fingers speared through the strands of her hair as his mouth descended before she uttered a word, choking off her gasp and whimper of need. Amelia slipped her arms around his neck and pressed herself against him.
Jaylen moaned and lifted his head. “That’s right,” he murmured in a low, smooth tone and pulled her even tighter against his chest. “This is where you belong.”
Amelia leaned up and placed little kisses against his mouth, cheeks, and chin. The sounds coming from him had elevated her desire to a higher level, knowing she pleased him.
He took control and pushed his tongue between her lips, thrusting against her own. For a long moment, the only sounds were their muffled groans and raspy breathing.
She tore her mouth away and dragged in a lungful of air.
He brought her mouth back but gentled his lips against hers, lightly sipping at her, until he slowly felt her relax in his arms.
Jaylen lifted her, carried her to his bed, and laid her down. He pulled off her nightgown and straightened, taking in the vision of the woman he already loved. Her body was lush. Her breasts weren’t large, but would about fill his hand. Her hips were broad and her waist tiny. Her arms and legs were lightly muscled and curvy. Her arms had a slight tan from the time they’d spent out in the sun.
“Jaylen, please,” she whimpered self-consciously as she held out her arms to him.
He tore his shirt from his chest before he lay down next to her and gathered her in his embrace.
Amelia groaned. The sensations that raced through her were almost too exquisite. She moaned, cried out, and gasped for air as she tried to come to grips with the new feeling. Since the first kiss, she hadn’t been able to draw in a deep, calming breath. Her needs were too sharp, demanded relief, and she wanted his hands everywhere. A super sweet story with an interesting and unique take on mail order bride. Amelia is sweet, caring and super sheltered. She meets Jaylen, when she goes to tell him that her sister no longer wants to go through with her mail order application. Their chemistry is instant and fate knew better, because these two are meant for each other.

Loved it!
Loved it! What an emotional ride! I have read other novels by this author and enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was excited to jump into this novel and it did not let me down. From the first chapter this novel pulled me in and held on tight. My heart hurt for Amelia and how she was treated by her family. Despite everything they said and did to her she never lost her sweetness. I loved Amelia and Jaylen together. I chemistry was intense. I loved watching them both lower their defenses and walls and open up to each other and fall in love. So so good! Once I started reading I had a hard time putting this novel down. So good! I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next. Loved it!

This was such a wonderful story. Amelia has a horrible family and an even worse sister who hurts people intentionally. Jaylen is caught in one of Amelia's sister's mean games and when she shows up to give him the bad news, he decides she's meant to be his. I loved this sweet story!

Amelia was part of a privilege family but she was like a square peg, never fitting in with them. When she finds out her sister signed up for a mail order bride service but has no intention of even telling him she is not going thru with, Amelia is done with her family. She heads out to Jaylen's to let him know about her sister. She does not expect that she would be attracted to him. Jaylen was not upset by the news that Amelia's sister was not coming, he would rather have her. Now he has to convince this sweetheart that they belong together.

I can’t help but smile when I think about the unexpected twist in the story! It’s so interesting how it could be either of them who ends up being the temptation. They both had no idea they’d develop feelings for each other. It was great to see them take their time getting to know one another, and before they knew it, they had fallen in love. It’s really sweet how they grew so attached; he thought she was adorable, and she saw him as the perfect guy! Even though she had some insecurities, he always knew how to reassure her with his love. I would absolutely love to read an epilogue to see what happens next!

Amelia is shocked at her sister, Meredith, who was corresponding with a man as a mail order bride, and is going to be rude and not even tell him that she isn’t coming. Amelia has been on a diet and been put down by her family all of her life. She has always been a disappointment to them, as well as an embarrassment. I really disliked her family and was proud of her for deciding to just drop them and leave. To find who she truly is on her own. All she ever dreamed about was having a husband and a family of her own. So, she decided that since she was leaving, she would head over to see Mr. Stone and notify him that her sister wasn’t coming to marry him. At 23, she has honor, unlike the rest of her family. Once she arrives, she finds out that Jaylen Stone is a loner, only coming into town for supplies and the like, and that he had been a soldier. She meets Kane, who knows Jaylen the best in town, at the feed store. Kane decides that if Jaylen doesn’t keep Amelia, he will. lol. Seriously, I was like say what? Then I thought about it and realized that he just knew the type of woman that he wanted. On her way up the mountain her car dies and she walks and meets a surprise with Jaylen lol. Omg I laughed at this part, but I loved it, because I’d do the same darn thing. I fell in love with Jaylen then and there. He helps her after getting an update from Kane. The fact that he decides to keep her and how he acts around her is just so beautiful. I loved it. The book is fun, funny, sweet, beautiful, heartwarming, steamy, romantic, and a little upsetting (because of Amelia’s family). When he tells her that she is beautiful, she doesn’t believe him. It takes A LOT to convince her. It made me tear up. Because I’ve felt that way too. Finding out more about their pasts made me love them more. I can’t wait to see what happens next and I can’t wait for Kane’s book.

Easy read!
I enjoyed the pace of this book and the characters. It was finding yourself and finding who you fit in with. The chemistry was good and although Amelia was kind of sheltered she did very well navigating. I enjoyed the family dynamics and the dynamic between Amelia and Jaylen.

Can she find a life away from her family?
Amelia has finally had enough of her family’s meanness and has left them to move out. She has one last task she feels she has to do which is let the man who’s expecting her sister to be his bride know that her sister’s not coming. When she goes up the mountain to where Jaylen lives her car gets in a ditch so she has to walk the rest of the way. When she arrives at Jaylen’s it pours rain so she can’t leave for a few days. Once he meets her he knows he’s going to work to make her his. What follows is a wonderful, caring story about two people who learn to love each other with some twists thrown in to make it more interesting. This is a fabulous read that I couldn’t put down!

Unexpected Temptation
Amelia never fit into her family. She was an embarrassment to them. She decided to leave and finish the last thing her selfish sister asked her, to break of an engagement she made as a joke with a mail order bride service. When she got to the small town her entire life waa changed. This adorable book is all about how Amelia found herself in the least likely of places. There is so much love and kindness after a lifetime of never having any. I absolutely loved this book.

Finding Herself
Amelia has grown up in a wealthy house with an older sister and both parents. However, since she doesn't fit into the mold her family thinks she should, she is always left out while her sister (Meredith) attends events. Amelia is done with her family and is ready to take off to find herself, but first, will make a stop in a small town to break some news to a rancher that Meredith was using to win a bet. Once Jaylen (the rancher) meets Amelia, he knows that she's the one he wants (he already knew he wasn't interested in Meredith). Will Amelia stay with Jaylen? Will her family get in the way? I enjoyed this quick read and hope to see more set in this town (I'm especially hoping for a story about Kane).

Nice simple easy read!
Jaylen and Amelia made a great couple and I was here for it. Despite the insta-love vibes the story progressed enough to be extremely enjoyable. I loved the fact they took the time to get to know each other and let the story pace out. Amelia's family was definitely a piece of work and her sister was horrible. I hope to read Kane's story as he played an interesting part in this book. Spice level was low but the story line was extra good.

This was such a great feel-good read that brings together Amelia and Jaylen. She's trying to find Jaylen to let him know that her sister, nasty gal :(, would not be following through with her mail-order bride role that she applied for. Jaylen comes upon Amelia during a storm, and let's just say it was a meet-cute ;) What follows is a slow burn romance that has Jaylen doing everything in his power to have Amelia see that he's it for her, as she's it for him. Her self esteem is terrible, due to abuse from her family, so it's a rough journey for them both. Expect to feel all the feels when you dive into this engaging and hot romance but know that the ending was perfect with a side of just desserts. All great fun and I can't wait for what's next by this author :D

Super sweet insta-obsession
Super sweet, with insta-whatever (I can’t call it love, but he was definitely obsessed and fell…. HARD). I didn’t see huge character growth, but more a case of Amelia learning to love who she is, while Jaylen empowers her. Mild (very mild) angst at the end through the good old overheard trope, but glad the sister got the old heave-ho (emphasis on the hoe)… I adored this - it was surprisingly sweet. Now, I want to read Kane’s story…!

I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a complimentary copy. Amelia is a curvy girl who has always been pushed into the shadows by her awful family. Her sister, Meredith, is a piece of work, not the good kind. Amelia was engaged, and her sub-human sister slept with her fiancé just because she wanted to and to prove to Amelia that she could. Their parents basically laughed it off. Amelia finds out that her sister won a bet with her friends after ghosting a man who was looking for a potential bride. Amelia packs up and leaves her family with the intention of telling the man, Jaylen, the truth. What she finds in the small town is a group of friendly (mostly) people who treat her with respect and kindness. I loved Kane and hope he gets his book. Jaylen lives on his mountain ranch, rarely goes into town. He meets Amelia, and they have this instant connection. Jaylen has his work cut out for him in trying to prove to Amelia how important she has become to him. He has no plans to let her go. The sister makes an appearance to cause problems, but will Jaylen and Amelia let her interrupt what they are building? Fingers crossed we get Kane's book.

This was such a sweet story. I loved every single moment of this story the minute that Jaylen sees Amelia he decided she was his and he was not going to give her up. Amelia is the sweetest woman out there and doesn't realize just how beautiful she is. She has always been mistreated by her family. They have always made her feel like she is nothing and has nothing to give. Meeting Jaylen was the best thing for her, and she was there to just let him know her sister wasn't coming to marry him, but that she did it all on a bet. The way these two come together and get to know one another is a feel-good story and a really heartwarming read. I loved every single moment of this book. This is a must read!!

Temptation
A wonderful story filled with lots of emotions. From the very first pages of the story the reader is pulled into the life of Amelia as she struggles with her home life and then when she meets Jaylen - sweet. Lots of alpha moments but not in an overbearing manner and the ending is oh so satisfying.
