Fans of this series will enjoy catching up with characters for the first two books.\r\n\r\nOnce again Ms. Crescent wows this reviewer. Again, as in the second book in this series, I was a little skeptical, wondering how she was going to do the impossible and make me actually like Raoul’s character. I was pleasurably delighted that Ms. Crescent succeeds and proved me wrong again. That isn’t to say there weren’t times I wished I could reach through the pages and smack him upside the head. Erotic tension and obsession draws the reader into the world of Raoul and Zoe and doesn’t seem to let go. Raoul is a tough and unyielding hero and yet at times there is a vulnerability to him when it comes to Zoe that is delightfully touching. As heroines come Zoe is all too real, she is very easy to relate to, she isn’t perfect. But then really who is? Zoe is a determined, gutsy and brave woman who is more than willing to grab onto what she wants. Each scene between Raoul and Zoe is intense, gripping and sensual, whether they are loving or fighting the passion that brims over is potent and raw. Anyways, I read Duke's story and there were times I had to put the book down a couple of times and when reading Pike's Story I felt the same way because I was so pissed at them. But that is what makes a good story. You get to know the characters and sometimes feel those emotions with them. So, going back to my first thought, I wasn't to keen about the book having the main girls having sex in public, but it worked out because you understood the club itself and I'm glad I read them. This book was another awesome read, not my favorite, but the hero was more likable. It was also nice you turned a man who was an ass to a likable character. Now, I will hope that a few people will understand this when they read the stories, but I hope two things with this series, one having some story with Russ. I know he is older, but fiction is great and there some great looking older men.I want to see him win his wife again with some fierce passion. I don't know, but even hough they are together, there is a rift and no passion. Number two, and I hope some of you don't get mad, I would love to see a groupie win a man. Maybe someone we haven't met, or who just gets older and realizes her mistake. I would of kicked her ass too, but I felt bad for Baby. If you can redeem a bad boy, why not a woman, just saying. I didn't know what to think of Raoul at first, we saw a little of him in the first book of this amazing series and he was trying to redeem himself still in the eyes of the club for actions he had carried out a few years ago that were less than gentlemanly regarding Holly. Then again in book 2 when we saw a nicer side to him when he was babysitting the injured Mary. He has gradually grown on me as a character and as a man. So when he now encounters his own virgin, the beautiful and sweet Zoe, to see the mighty fall is a joyful sight. Once Raoul and Zoe both realise that the other one wants them as much as they do all those months of pining are lost when they come together in an explosion of absolute hotness and also tenderness from hardened biker Raoul concerning Zoe. She is his and will always be his, no question! But when Zoe runs from him it takes some time for this fated pair to figure things out but the out come is so worth the wait. Another triumph from this amazingly talented author. We also saw some snippets of other hopeful future stories to come for this amazing series, Crazy and Leanna, Ohhhh I cannot wait to read their story there is definitely more to Leanna than meets the eye but I know Crazy is just the man to unravel her mystery! Then we have Daisy and Maria ... Who I bet is not as uninterested in the delicious daisy as he thinks! No mentions of knuckle's woman yet but we know she is coming for him and he will no doubt be biting his knuckles in anticipation when he finds her, and so will the other brothers when their future beloved appears on the pages and then of course there is the lovely Landon! He is an absolute gorgeous character and especially when Zoe teases him about encore performances. I loved the friendship that they eventually developed and the fact that he will hopefully start to prospect for the club soon and we will be seeing more of him, cannot wait to see that stallion fall for his female! Also hopefully more babies too and no doubt lots of action and drama. Also perhaps another longer book like Revenge where the current 4 MCs Sam writes about, The Trojan MC, The Skulls MC, Chaos Bleeds MC and The Dirty Fuck3r5 MC have a sit down,or stories interlink is another joyous hope I have as a reader, it was briefly mentioned in this story and I thought it was a wonderful little twist and delightful surprise to throw in to the mix of this story it offers so much potential for future stories and links between the respective series. I know that this author will never leave us disappointed and I for one cannot wait to see where all of this leads us to in the future. I am most definitely excited and highly anticipate the future reads from this amazing woman. So yes in case you had not guessed it, I loved this story and cannot wait to see more from this amazingly talented author. I hope that you enjoy this book as much as I did, and if you are unfamiliar with Sam Crescent's work that is definitely a mistake that you need to rectify as you are seriously missing out!
