Reaper dug his fingers into her hips just enough to make her gasp. The sound seemed to snap something in him.
The kiss turned hungrier, fiercer, he grazed his teeth against her lower lip before soothing the sting with his tongue. She whimpered into his mouth, her fingers tangling in his hair, pulling him closer. Heat coiled in her belly, a raw, desperate ache she hadn’t felt in years. He kissed her like he was claiming her, like he’d been starving for her and finally got a taste. And damn, she was starving for him too.
After what felt like forever, they broke apart, their breaths mingling in the cool night air. Her cheeks were flushed, her lips tingling. Reaper’s eyes were darker than she’d ever seen them, smoldering with a desire that made her shiver.
“Savannah…” he rasped, his voice rough. Her name on his lips felt like a prayer and a curse all at once.
She swallowed hard, forcing herself to step back just enough to think straight. “Thanks for the ride,” she whispered, her voice unsteady.
He nodded, his jaw tight. “Anytime.”
She turned and walked to her own bike, feeling his eyes on her the whole way. Her heart was still pounding, her body still humming with the taste of him, the feel of his hands on her.
She didn’t know what the hell she was doing. But for the first time in a long time, she didn’t care.
This was so good. I absolutely love Winter's books. Reaper was awesome. He was big and rugged but he also has a caring sweet side with Savannah. I loved how their relationship developed. Savannah has been through a lot but she remained strong and she didn't give up on love. She was open to it with Reaper. I loved that. A little danger and a little drama keeps you hooked. Their chemistry was hot, hot, hot. I loved it all.

I've read a lot of books written by Winter Sloane; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books. This is the first book in the Iron Sentinels MC Series; it is a stand-alone short story. The story is about Savannah & Reaper.
Reaper is the first book in the Iron Sentinels MC series. I enjoyed this story about Savannah and Reaper. She is what they call a "stray" who is running from something we are not sure of at the beginning. She thought she had run far enough when she came to Steelhaven, which the Iron Sentinels MC territory. She got a job waitressing at the local diner, a small apartment, and planned to not stay forever. When her bike breaks down she takes it to the local repair shop, which ends up being at the ISMC where Reaper first met her as he worked on her bike. Several breakdowns/issues later and Reaper is beginning to think that she is making the bike break just so she can see him. These two have a banter that is entertaining, a bit sharp and filled with an undercurrent you can feel. Reaper knows that Savannah is hiding something but he does not push, as he knows that she will run and for some reason he does not want her to. What develops between Savannah and Reaper unfolds over time and is sweet and spicy at the same time. Add in Savannah's past coming to hunt her down and Reaper will do anything it takes to keep what is his....and Savannah is his. This was a entertaining and easy read. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
So good! What an emotional ride! I have read other novels by this author and loved them. This novel did not disappoint. From the very first chapter this novel sucked me in and held on tight until the very last page. I love a good mc novel and this novel checked so many boxes for me. I loved Savannah and Reaper story. My heart hurt for Savannah and all she had been thru by her abusive ex. I loved watching Savannah and Reaper lower their defenses and walls and fall in love. Their chemistry was so good! This novel kept me on the edge of my seat while I was reading. So good! I can hardly wait to see what is coming next.
This was a fabulous read! Savannah (FMC) is on the run and afraid to trust anyone with the truth of who and what she's running from. Reaper (MMC) is a biker who was gutted by the loss of his ex and is given a second chance at love with Savannah. Reaper's love language is acts of service and I'm here for it! I adore everything he did to go beyond promisees/words and show Savannah he could be trusted. I appreciate how Savannah didn't want to get anyone else caught up in her drama. Her selflessness was so admirable. These two deserved a HEA and I'm so happy they got it, but not without some high stakes action along away. This is a biker book after all.
This was a very good book. I loved reaper and the alpha male he was. I definitely recommend reading this.
Reaper is set in his ways after losing his forever to death. In his mind he is asking why Love again..because Savannah needs to feel it. But Savannah's past threatens to destroy this love before it ever sees fruition. Not if Reaper has nything to say about it. Savannah will be safe because Reaper says so!!! Can we get Titan's story!!!!!!!????
She never stays in one place for very long its safer that way. However this town and Reaper makes her feel safe. He knows that she is hiding something but isn't one to push he knows she'll tell him when she is ready. When things start going bad Reaper will keep her safe. I would love to see what the future holds for them. More books with this MC is a must.
Reaper is the first book in the new Iron Sentinel’s MC series and it is off to a great start. While it is a short read, it has everything you need, it is a page turner that I read in one go. Savannah is on the run with her trusty bike, trying to keep moving, but also willing to help out others, and has a thing for Reaper, which may have kept her in one place too long. Reaper is intrigued by Savannah and want to get to know her and protect her. There is steam, danger, secrets and bike chases - action packed!
This is the first book in this author’s Iron Sentinels MC series. This is short, it’s a novella. The story stars Reaper and Savannah. The story is quite dark so be warned but the romance will grab you and keep you reading. You can’t help but root for them. I wish it was longer though only because I enjoyed it.

Author Winter Sloane has created a phenomenal MC romance, which I thought to be quite captivating, entertaining and an enjoyable read. This story is fantastically written, amazingly balanced and phenomenally executed by Winter Sloane. Winter Sloane continues to prove to me what a brilliant author she is with each amazing romance novel I have read by her thus far. Reaper is the first installment in the Iron Sentinels MC romance series. This novel follows the journey of Reaper and Savannah. I absolutely enjoyed getting to know both of these two fantastic characters as well as witnessing their story come to life through the pages of this novel. The characters are well developed and fabulously executed throughout the story. I would HIGHLY recommend this MC romance story to anyone who is looking for a new one to read. I’m definitely looking forward to reading more amazing stories from this series in the future.

The chemistry between Reaper and Savannah is palpable and their journey completely consuming. Reaper is a short, one sitting read that keeps you glued to the pages from beginning to end.
This is a short read. This is Savannah and Reaper’s story. She came to town, and snuck right into his heart, but feels he is to old for her? She has secrets and never stays in one place to long. What will happen with their blooming love when her past comes to take her?
Another good vicious read. Savannah and Reaper provided all the feels goods especially with the ups and downs that came along with this one. The ending is what gave you the feels. I loved the twist and turns that lead to the end. Savannah was strong and and capable despite what she went through. Reaper is another good book boyfriend. Highly recommend.
REAPER is part of the Iron Sentinels MC series. It's a steamy, close-proximity, MC romance. Reaper is a hunky enforcer for the MC. Savannah is on the run and in their territory for protection. The two are drawn together but have secrets. This was a great, fast-paced read with hot chemistry, some drama and angst, and a happy ending. I love this series!

This book has Savanah wishing for a place to call home and Reaper finds himself attracted to her. I enjoyed the book that has a bit of danger and a whole lot of feelings.
I liked absolutely love reading Savannah and Reaper's story. It's a quick story wish it were longer but that ok. I was sucked in from the first chapter. It was hot, intense a good love story.

Savannah is waiting at the garage because her bike broke and she had to walk it back. She came to Steelhave, Iron Sentinels territory months ago. She has secrets but not ready to give them up yet. He is trying to remain apart from the attraction he feels for her. He's too old and jaded and she's a young woman and he's seen what this life can do to young women. Savannah came to Iron Sentinels territory for refuge. She needed safety. Reaper is asking questions and she isn't ready but he doesn't push. She came for the safety but now she thinks she's staying because Reaper feels like safety to her. But that can be dangerous. At home that night she hears from a woman she helped. Then someone knocks on her door. She gets her gun out and answers. It's Reaper. He sees the gun and asks if she's all right. Three nights after the gun incident Reaper is outside the clubhouse when The Ravagers arrive. Just a small portion. They're looking for a stray. Unfortunately Savannah shows up and manages to offer a little lip to them. Reaper isn't happy about that. He has a feeling whatever is going to happen will be up to the Ravagers. For some reason he goes to visit her at the diner and finds she's not there but home sick. He remembers how he told his wife ten years before she was all he had wanted but she told him not to close himself off. Then she passed. NOw here he is looking into another woman. But will she be his salvation or his death? What's the secrets she's hiding and will it come back to bite his MC? A story that twines a love with danger.
Savannah’s running and doesn’t often stay more than a few weeks in one place but after she meets Reaper she wants to stay in town. He’s patient and compassionate with her which she finds very attractive. When her past comes for her they have to figure out what will happen.
Savannah has been on the run, from her abusive ex Raker. Along the way rescuing others. Reaper is a member of the Iron Sentinels MC and is attracted to Savannah, but is concerned about the age difference. There is some domestic violence/spousal abuse discussed, club business and abduction in this book but it is mostly in the past. The book is very well written, which is something I have come to expect from this author, as she is very good at her craft. The MC world is nicely described, as are the characters. All in all this is a wonderfully written story.
I don't think there's a book written by Winter that I didn't love. Reaper is no exception. This is what I'm sure will be another great series. This is a shorter book but not short on action, chemistry and emotion. Reaper and Savannah are just what each other needs and watching them let their pasts go is great. Another awesome read!
The book starts off with Reaper on his bike escaping Blood Fangs, and boy does Reaper do a doozy on them! lol. I laughed a lot during this book and squeed and freaked out. Savannah has been in Steelhaven for a while, longer than she normally stayed in one place and always brought her bike in for repairs to Reaper to fix. Reaper is one of the Iron Sentinels MC. She has been bringing her bike in almost every other week for a while and he tries to talk her into telling him what she is in to. But, she is still very wary of him, but she feels safe in the IS MC. Savannah tries to help Samantha and her little boy, Caleb and she does save them at first and then the rival MC shows up and causes mega mayhem that has to be dealt with. But, in between, Savannah and Reaper finally get together. Then stuff gets scary as all heck and Reaper and the IS MC work together to stop the scary stuff. It is very steamy and I so needed my AC on for the freak out factor and the romance steaminess. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Sometimes your past comes back for you but in Savannahas case she has a crazed biker watching her back. When savannah is taken her ex learns that she is protected and reaper means business. These two have a slow start because of their past but they find their way in the end

The first story in the Iron Sentinels MC and after reading this story I know I want to read the rest of the series. Savannah who is on the run from her nasty ex ends up meeting Reaper who becomes everything to her, but the ex is not finished with her. This suspense filled story kept me turning pages.
This is the first stand alone read in the new "Iron Sentinels MC" series. It is a bit of a slow build story with some mystery and suspense. The story is about Reaper and Savannah. She is new to town and is a it of a mystery, one that peaks Reapers curiosity. She comes in on a bike, which he fixes multiple times. Slowly he gets her to open up about herself. She has had a rough past and has built walls around herself; trust comes hard. I love how he is with her; slowly working his way into her heart. He thought he would never love again. This is a sweet story about second chances. There is suspense and action from the very beginning. There is also a dose of danger, passion, intrigue and more.
Reaper and Savannah's story has the perfect sexy protector. Reaper will have you mush in his hands by the end of the book.

Reaper never thought he would finds someone who he catch feelings with again until Savannah rode in to town. He knows there is something she is hiding from him but he does not want to push her away. When her ex rolls into town looking for her, Reaper will do whatever is necessary to keep her safe. This is someone of a slow burn, while they are feeling things they do not act on them right away.
This was an awesome series opener and a fab romance for Reaper and Savannah. She has been through the wringer with an abusive biker ex but her connection to Reaper had chemistry sparking between them. He may have been the enforcer for the Iron Sentinel MC, but he was very different than her ex by being protective, calm and patient with her. These two were on fire together but her past kept coming at her. Thankfully, Reaper was more than ready to protect her so they could have their chance at a happy ending. I love how, although this was a shorter read, it wasn't short on MC drama and danger. Definitely a fun read and I can't wait for the next book :D

Savannah is on the run, carrying secrets she’s not ready to share. But somehow, being around Reaper makes her feel safe, even though she can’t explain why. He never pressures her for answers, even though he knows she’s hiding something. Instead, he waits, strong, steady, and ready to burn the world down if anyone dares to mess with her. What starts as Reaper just helping her out with some repairs turns into something so much more. He’s the kind of rough, no nonsense biker who could make anyone’s knees weak, but the way he protects Savannah is what really got me. The world building was raw and immersive, and the tension between Reaper and Savannah was intense in the best way. The chemistry was off the charts. It’s a slow burn, but when it ignites, damn. They both struggle with opening up, each for their own reasons, but the way their relationship unfolds is what makes it so addictive to read. This novella doesn’t hold back on the darker themes, and I couldn’t put it down. If you love dark romance with a protective, possessive biker, an age gap, a heroine who’s been through it but refuses to break, and tension that keeps you on edge, then this one's for you.
Reaper is the first book in the Iron Sentinels MC series. All I can say is awwwww.....this is such a heartwarming MC love story, emphasis on MC. As those of us who enjoy reading these love stories featuring alpha male bad boys know, the drama in their lives is often filled with mayhem, chaos, tragedy, murder, gun fights, betrayal, and other things that so called normal people try to avoid in everyday life Though there are elements of those things in this storyline, there is also a very sweet love story that evolves between Reaper and Savannah. I read the book in one sitting as I could not put it down until I knew that Reaper and Savannah would get their happily ever after. They both deserved it.

She normally moves on but staying in the Iron Sentinels MC territory has her feeling safe and Reaper has her feeling things she didn’t know she could again. Reaper knows she is running from something or someone but doesn’t want to scare her away. The connection is a bit slow burn and a bit lightning strike. The way they fight for each other is beautiful and unexpected from an MC romance novella. Loved it can’t wait for more in the series

This is another great book by Ms. Sloane that I loved and it was a big page tuner. Yes, it is short but she packs so much in that it still gave me everything I love in my MC books. Reaper is the Enforcer for the Iron Sentinel’s MC and was all about protecting Savannah. Savannah had her own past that wasn’t easy and made her into who she is today. Not all MC’s/bikers are alike and Reaper is one of the “good” ones. This is the first book in the Iron Sentinel’s MC series and if they are anything like this, I can’t wait to get my hands on them.

Reaper is the one you want protecting your back in times of danger, holding you tight in times of sadness, and providing pleasure in all aspects. He was the solid presence Savannah needed to quiet the turmoil and one she looked to when she was ready to unburden her torments.
Savannah has been running for a long while only staying long enough to work to get enough money to run to the next town. She was always on guard with her surroundings and watching all exits. She had run into Reaper and his MC and for the first time with all her running she felt safe. Reaper knew she was running from something but he never pushed her to talk he just stayed in her life as a steady rock she could lean on when she needed. As things start to progress with this couple Savannah finds herself wanting to tell Reaper her past. As Reaper and Savannah start getting closer and become a couple her past catches up with them. I loved the chemistry between this couple and how Reaper's patience with Savannah gives her the time and space she needed to feel safe and secure with him to let him know her and confide about her past. This is a must read!!

Savannah feels safe when she is with Reaper and wants to stay close to him As Savannah's past comes back to haunt her, Reaper must protect them both and show her how much he loves her and needs her. A good story with 2 strong characters.
Loved reading Reaper. This book was so good and I was addicted and finished it within hours. The chemistry between Savannah and Reaper was super HOT and loved their story!!
It may seem odd to call an MC book "sweet", but that's exactly how I felt about this one. While Reaper is definitely seen as the brooding and protective type, he's got a heart of gold and is sweet as pie. Savannah is fiesty, daring, and a true friend in times of trouble, but her past causes her to build walls around her heart. I enjoyed Reaper and Savannah's journey as they navigated tough times to make love work for them.
Savannah wanted a fresh start, not expecting to catch the eye of Reaper, the Enforcer for the ISMC, but he's nothing like the man who broke her, but when her past comes for her, Reaper will do anything to keep her safe. Well written engaging steamy, desires, action and more
