Naughty Fairy Tales

What do you do when you stumble upon a naked, injured Adonis on your morning jog?  You take him home and nurse him back to health, of course. If that involves the hottest sex a girl ever had, than so much the better, right?

Penelope Jefferson has returned to her childhood vacation spot at Loch Ness for peace, solitude, and inspiration. When she stumbles upon Doric she is floored by her body's instantaneous reaction to the stranger who washed up from the Loch.

Doric is the last of his kind. Cursed into the Loch by a witches spell, he needs acceptance from the very species he detests. When his little human is abducted after their night of bliss, will it spell the end for them both, or will they get to live the fairy tale?

Be Warned: bondage, anal sex, sex toys, abuse of heroine.

Excerpt:

"Well, for starters I haven't got any clothes." He chuckled at her sharp intake of breath, when he dropped the material he'd used to cover his arousal. "Of course if you don't mind, then let's go."

"Err, do you mind? Let me find you something better to cover up with. You'll do someone an injury with…with that."

She wrenched her eyes up to his face, only for her gaze to stray back down to his hardening cock. Her breathing grew shallow, and the scent of her arousal in the air made his mind up. He would deal with the aftermath in the morning. He needed to heal, and he had the perfect means to achieve that standing in front of him. It had been way too long. He just hoped he could control his true self.

****

Oh the man was infuriating and arousing in equal measures. She once again wrenched her eyes away from that huge cock, suddenly all too aware how isolated the cottage was. No one would hear her screams, should he choose to attack her. The mere thought had her heart miss a beat, before it turned into a jackhammer, even as the barely functioning rational side of her brain told her not to be so stupid. She was hardly God's gift to men. He seemed perfectly able to control himself, and everyone knew men's cocks had a mind of their own. It didn't mean he would rip her clothes off. She'd never evoked that kind of passion in a man before. She had no boobs to speak of, her hips were too wide, her legs too skinny, and the damn glasses, well, they spelled librarian, not sex goddess, as her ex-fiancé had accused her of acting like all too frequently.

"Has anyone ever told you, you think too much?" His deep voice shook her out of her musings, and his hot breath fogged up her glasses. When had he gotten so close? The tip of his now fully erect cock left a wet stain along her tummy, and Penelope took an involuntary step back. The smile on his face could only be described as predatory, as he matched her step by step until her back hit the wall. She swallowed nervously when he took her glasses off her nose, and pulled the hairband out of her hair. His large hand massaged the back of her neck, and he caged her against the wall until she couldn't move. Heat suffused her being as his natural scent surrounded her, and his body heat seeped into her very bones. He towered over her, and panic set in for one minute, before the sharp yank of her hair brought tears to her eyes and forced her head up to look at him.

"I asked you a question, ceannbeag." The softly spoken words held an edge of steel she found unable to resist. Her pussy clenched, and her nipples tightened; and she bit back a moan as he yanked her hair again, just hard enough to hurt, just hard enough for her to soak her panties. A flash of triumph in the depths of his rapidly darkening golden eyes preceded his knowing smile. He quirked an eyebrow at her, and she licked her lips, willing him to close the distance and kiss her. She tried to get her hands up to pull him down for that kiss she so desperately craved, but he had her pinned so effectively, she couldn't move.

He shook his head at her ineffective attempts.

"Well? Would you like me to stop those thoughts I see swirling in your eyes? But I warn you." He pulled back slightly, and Penelope drew a shuddering breath into her lungs. "Thinking will not be allowed, and I expect complete obedience. Do you understand what I'm saying?"

Did she? Did she ever! Was this man even real, or was she still asleep and this was all a dream? Who looked like that and washed up on her shore naked, and injured, and still able to turn her insides into a quivering mass of need just by the way he looked at her? He watched her now out of hooded eyes with an unwavering gaze that raised goose-bumps on her flesh. Instantly his warm hands rubbed up and down her exposed arms, and a shiver of a different kind went down her spine. His nostrils flared, and the grip on her arms grew painful.

"If you want me to leave, you have to tell me now." His voice had dropped an octave, his accent thicker than before. "If you want me to stay, and I sure as fuck hope you do, then know that you're mine to do with as I see fit. I will use your body until you scream your surrender and my cock has filled you every which way you can think of and some you couldn't even imagine."

Oh good God. I'm doomed. If this is a dream then I really must eat more cheese to make sure I have more of them.

"Do I get a safe word?" She barely heard her own whisper over the roaring in her ears. Her heart beat so fast she felt faint and had his body not been holding her up, she would have simply sunk to the floor in a puddle of her own arousal. Never, ever had she been this turned on, and he'd barely touched her.

"Pick one."

"Nessie."

The Correct Review
Written by Nicole on 17th Aug 2015

Please ignore my previous review it was of the wrong book. This is the correct review for this book. Penelope returns to the Loch after the death of her mother. She grew up visiting the shores, but always being told ‘stay away from the loch, you know it’s not safe’ by her mother. Yet she was constantly drawn to the Loch. Doric, the last of his kind, doomed to spend eternity in the Loch. Never able to leave but for a short distance from the water. One morning while on the shores running, Penelope stumbles upon an injured Doric. She brings him back to her house to care for the injured man. But when he awakens everything changes. Penelope is the girl he’s watched for years, the one he’s always been drawn to. Will one night be enough for them and will he finally find the acceptance he needs. When her life is in danger, will he be able to save her or will he have to watch yet another person he loves die. I loved this book. Doris draws you in and plops the reader right into the story. I truly felt like I was at the Loch watching their story play out. The chemistry between the characters is believable and the sex was steamy.

Imaginary Becomes Real
Written by Nicole on 13th Aug 2015

Macie was born blind and has learned to rely on her other sense in life. It made it easy for her to sense her childhood imaginary friend. It also allows her to sense evil with her patients if they have imaginary friends. Kaylom entered the human world the first time as a child but doing so was against the rules of his world. One night on her way home Macie is attacked and help comes in the form of the imaginary friend she sent away when she was a teenager. But now as adults their attraction and pull to each other is hard to ignore. When Kaylom breaks all the rules and is sent back to face a trial and Macie is forced out of her world to save him. Will their love be enough? Will she be able to be what he needs? Is she destined to stay in a different dimension forever? I liked how different the story idea was and how the heroine wasn’t flawless. While I personally don’t consider a person who is blind handicapped many people do. And the idea of the hero being an imaginary friend is a breath of fresh air. Side Note: My personal imaginary friend was nothing like Kaylom.

Side Note: I freaked out (in a good way) when I saw this book was about the Loch Ness Monster. It is one of my favorite legends. I believe he exists, I just wonder if he’s like Doric, and if so how fast can I get there.

The TBR Pile Reviews

I wasn’t crazy about the bland cover but the blurb was a unique tale that really piqued my interest. I am so happy I did not judge this book by the artwork. This story is by far an excellent read. The plot is unique, the creatures well described and the characters perfected. I loved Doric and his past gave him such depth. Penelope was a character I could really relate to and at times found myself smiling with her. I felt like I was there watching the events unfold, even the steamy sex. I cannot praise this story enough! The Last of his Kind is the last book you should pass up, read this!

Nocturne Romance Reads Reviews

This is a sexy and interesting take on the Lock Ness monster. Doric is a hot hunk in human form and a fishy dinosaur in monster form, but his internal struggle is what makes him so intriguing. Penelope is a girl with flaws, but she is ready to embrace her destiny. The main characters are well developed and the background/history details are interesting, and really make the story a 4 Hoot rating. The climax in the cave felt rushed and the antagonist/bad guy was dealt with a little too neatly, in my opinion. There were a few parts that were very cliché, but this story is a Fairy Tale remade so I think that is to be expected, at least a little. The sex scenes were hot. It’s nice to know the man that is The Last of His Kind is dominate and sexy in all the right ways.

Night Owl Reviews

Penelope Jefferson is still recovering from losing her mother. Convinced that she has nothing to attract a man, she is amazed that the gorgeous and very nude man she finds half conscious on the banks of Loch Ness, finds her as attractive as she does him. Doric has been watching over Penny since her childhood. Can she be the one to break his curse and free him? And will Doric ever be able to not only trust a human, but love one? I loved that the main characters had a connection prior to meeting on the beach, because the idea of love between them after one night together; no matter how hot, would not have been believable otherwise. I liked that Doric’s distrust and dislike of humans gave him more depth as a character. Making the villain less of a caricature would have really taken this novel from OK into really good territory, but it this is an enjoyable novella.

You Gotta Read Reviews
Written by undefined on 9th Aug 2012

From the wilds of Loch Ness, tales of man-eating monsters and worse have lived for centuries. Little did anyone know that the stories were partly true. Penelope was one of the few people who had seen “Nessie”, and after having a near death experience in which the legendary monster saved her, she was one of the few supporters of the creature. Doric has been drawn to the fragile human since he saved her life as a child. When she stumbles upon him after hunters shoot him, it’s her turn to be the savior. But she is more than just a momentary weakness, more than just a woman to admire from afar. She is the antidote that he has waited centuries for, the one destined to break his curse. Doris O’Connor has written an interesting tale of love, longing and steamy sex… Her characters are strong, sexy and vibrant. The plot was very intriguing, and the setting was mysterious yet comfortable. A very entertaining read!

Fallen Angel Reviews

Penelope Jefferson has been warned since she was a child: Stay away from the Loch. Of course, that never stopped her as a child and it doesn't stop her now. When she stumbles upon a naked man on the beach, she takes him back to her cottage to nurse him back to health. Doric is the last of his kind. To break the curse, he has to make a human fall in love with him. Will Penelope stay when she realizes just what he is or break his heart and doom him to the Loch forever? This story is yet another fantastic installment in the Naughty Fairy Tales series. I have not been disappointed by one of them. Well, ok, I am always disappointed by how short they are. That's only because they are so fun to read and I always want more. In this story, we get a twist on the story of the Lochness Monster. This story is a delicious tale of a man/monster doomed to find a woman to love the "real" him. The basis of many a fairy tale, Ms. O'Connor manages to give it a modern twist. I also get such a kick out of authors who write stories about authors. Nessie is no tame monster in this version, but a hardcore alpha male who takes what he wants. I like how Ms. O'Connor began the story when the heroine was a small child and went from there. There was also my favorite element of drama and intrigue. A heroine in danger and a hero who flies...err...swims to the rescue. And the steamy sex scenes were H-O-T! I mean, I am glad I was at home when I read it because I tend to blush sometimes. This is the first book I have read by Ms. O'Connor and it will certainly not be the last one I will read!
