Outlaw MC, 1

What if bad guys ruled the world and the good guys were the outlaws?

I’m Chaos, patch member of Outlaw MC of Mars. We fight against the government’s warped rules under the guise of hover bike enthusiasts. Gays are put to death. Women are used for breeding. Dark-skinned men are considered slaves. I told you our world is messed up and the battle is going to be bloody. I’m currently on my way to Earth for a six-month prison sentence. Level six is for sex, a twisted buffet of ass and mouth. Level five is for the fights. That’s where I shine.

Beau is a sexy Hispanic man that’s too goofy to play with the big boys. He was loaned to me for some quick, naked fun. But it turned into something else. I don’t do relationships because of my past. My father was a serial killer. But it seems that now, I have a boyfriend. It’s complicated.

Beau is released from prison before me. Can I survive three months without his calming touch? Will he survive on Mars amid my dangerous and violent club without me?

Be Warned: m/m sex, public exhibition

Excerpt:

“I could do other things, Beau. Better things than just a kiss. If you want.” I coasted my hand down his abs and hovered it over the bulge in his pants. “Messier things.”

He swallowed so hard I could see his Adam’s apple bob. He nodded.

I lowered my hand and felt his hard dick under the loose pants. It was long. I followed the outline with my fingers and squeezed the tip. “How messy do you want to get, Beau?” I moved to the rim of his pants and tugged. An inch of his darker flesh was revealed. I kept tugging, slowly lowering his pants until I could see his cock. I tucked the rim under his balls and took in the sight of him. He was nice looking. Longer rather than wider. His balls had a nest of curly, dark pubic hair at the base of his shaft. That thick vein was prominent as it laid on the underside of his erection. His tip was cut, the foreskin gone. It made the darker almost plum-colored head more visible. I could see a cloudy drop at his slit. Beau was breathing heavily by the time I finished my exploration. Then I took him against my palm, my fingers wrapping around his girth. I stroked him and a groan welled up from his open lips. “You want me to touch you Beau or do you want to get messy and let me suck you?”

His gaze fell on my face. For the first time, the foolish expression was gone. He looked serious and with his eyelids half closed.

“Suck or stroke, Beau?” I squeezed him and his hips jerked forward.

“Can you...will you suck me?” His voice was soft like he was afraid to get his hopes up. “It’s been so long since...”

“That’s a shame, Beau. A real fucking shame that you haven’t had a warm mouth on this pretty cock.” I lowered leisurely like I was going to sip a drop of water from a puddle. I tucked my legs so that only one was lying on the floor with both my feet and my hip. Then I lowered my elbows. I pressed the flat of my tongue against Beau’s tip. He let out this gently sigh. It was nice. I took a lick and then pressed my lips to his head. My tongue dabbed at his piss slit while my hand rode up and down his length.

“Chaos.”

The way he said my name was almost a plea. I worked his head with my mouth, alternating between sucks and licks. My hand rubbed up and down his shaft, using more pressure as I came to my working mouth. His legs fell open slightly and Beau’s head dropped back. He was moaning. The sounds muddled by the back of his hand. I kept playing with him, forcing him to wait when he came close to orgasm. I took the time to lap at his balls and nip at the skin. Then when he calmed his hips, I sucked on his head again. It was like sexual torture, forcing him to linger at the edge of the cliff and not letting him jump. I didn’t want him to fly like a bird just yet.

Beau was using one hand to cover his moans and the other on my shoulder. He’d squeeze the muscle then soothed it with his fingers and when he came close, his fingernails scratched at my flesh. Sweat began to mist his body. His hips jerking upward wildly and nearly threw me off balance.

I worked the top half of his shaft with my fingers. Up and down, hard as my mouth sucked at his head. Then that warm sperm jet from his hole. It splashed at my tongue and teeth. I swallowed amid Beau’s cries of pleasure. He was bucking and squirming, chanting my name. Then he was empty. I licked him clean, raised the rim of his pants, and sat up. His cheeks were slightly flushed, but you couldn’t really tell with his skin color. His eyes were closed and his bottom lip had the faint markings of teeth. I smiled as he sat there recovering. My own dick begged for some attention, any really. It was greedy like that.

The lights overhead blinked and Beau’s eyes popped open. He smiled at me, looking shy and awkward.

“I just had your dick in my mouth. No need to by shy after that.”

His dimples showed.

The other cell doors started to open. I hissed out a breath. My pleasure left for another time. I stood as the prisoners started to walk around, checking the stairs. I extended my hand and Beau took it, coming to his feet. I pushed him to the wall, leaning so that just our upper bodies touched. “When we have more time, I’m going to pull those pants down and make sure we get real messy.”

I don’t read many Sci/fi books, they are usually hard for me to understand unless they are by James Cox. He writes in such a way that a reader can easily understand and enjoy. I could not put this book down once I started reading, I finished it in one sitting. He is become a go to author for me when I want some hot sexy man love with a bit of humour thrown in. Its the year 3001, Earth and Mars have swapped roles. Mars is where you live, Earth is where you go when you break the law, its baron. The laws on Mars are over the top, the world has gone mad because of one man big ego. Chaos is sentenced to 6 months for having illegal alcohol, he is sent to Earth, he has 3 choices, give up his ass, fight or the mines. Beau has been there for over 2 years, he has 3 months left when he meets Chaos. The chemistry between the two is an eye opener. The sex is off the charts hot as is usual with this author. There is a fantastic storyline. Most of this book happens on Earth in the prison, we do get a glimpse of the MC club and their members. The love Beau and Chaos have for each other shines bright when they meet again on Mars. There is a good beginning, an even better middle and a fantastic ending. James Cox is a master at world building, I love stepping into his world and don’t like coming out to the real world. Overall, a super hot, fast paced short novella that ends with the promise of lots more…. I can’t wait to read the next book… :)

The TBR Pile

Chaos’ father was a serial killer, which was a really interesting background. He fights those urges in himself to be that violent. So he fights in prison, not that there’s much to do. He meets Beau who is giving to him for pleasure. Beau is so freaking adorable! He had dimples and was extremely goofy. I instantly loved him. I like how though they were attracted to each other it wasn’t instant love. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is that it was too short. I wanted more! Thankfully this is a series. I loved the plot, liked the world building and am totally smitten with the characters! There were some dark moments (like the end fight) that really made the story feel rounded. And the reunion on Mars was fabulous! As for the sex, the author knows how to make your panties wet. Can you say sexy?!

It’s the year 3001 (no, really!), and Earth and Mars have performed a home world switcheroo of sorts. Earth = mining and prison, Mars = home, unless you’re anything other than a white, powerful male, and then you’re just a commodity or illegal. Right away, my not at all inner geek was perking up. Enter Colin Taylor, aka Chaos. If you’re squeamish about language, I just gave you fair warning. These guys are all roughnecks of one flavor or another. As someone who doesn’t shy away from and, in fact, enjoys the vulgar speak, even I flinched a couple of times. But this is Chaos and how he thinks and what he says, along with every other prisoner, “guard”, and fellow MC member. Just as blunt as the language is the writing style itself, and it mostly works for this story. There’s depth here, too. Vulnerability and uncertainty thrum beneath the bravado and brute strength. It’s not buried under denial, but instead it’s just as much a part of this upside down existence in which these people have found themselves living. There’s more going on here than what’s visible on the surface, in every sense. This story mostly takes place in one of those combo mining-prisons. It’s funny, looking at some of the details, I wouldn’t see this as a read for which I would normally reach. This is where those layers come in. At the half way point, I was curious, and not too much had been given away. I kinda couldn’t stop reading. And Beau, he intrigued me most of all. He had the same effect on Chaos. There are incorrect words used in some spots, as well as missing or additional punctuation and other errors. My guess is most of this is due to having read an advanced copy, but there were enough to cause pause. Lest I have you thinking this is a snooty snoot-fest with an attitude of elbow patches and spectacles run amok, fear not. Fighting and fucking, that’s what we have here. Both are described in energetic detail, always in motion. The guys doing the F&F are interesting, their personalities taking shape as time moves forward. This is fluff and sex disguised as tough guy bikers and criminals and fighting. The one exception is the widespread suppression that is a part of the current Mars culture. However, not much time is spent on this. The sexy times are actually sweet twixt Chaos and Beau, while stark and brutal during the prison scenes. This is future-fantasy with grit and love and hope… and erections. ;) Have fun with this one, I did. I plan on reading the next one. :)

*Arc provided by Author* Fantastic start to a new series!! I really enjoyed, Chaos Unchained, it had me hooked from the start. I couldn't put it down until I was finished. Very good story...
Written by A. Gourdine on 7th Mar 2015

This was a very good read I really enjoyed the characters in it this was my first time reading this author's work and I was not disappointed with what I read. I did however give it a four star rating instead of five because it ended so soon I felt like there was more to tell in this story after they made up from their first fight. I really wanted to know what happens next and how far do they take their relationship cause it was only in the beginning stages when it ended.

Chaos Unchained
Written by Vanessa "The Jeep Diva" on 6th Mar 2015

I’m have to point out that Chaos Unchained is definitely more prison romance than motorcycle club romance. Readers first meet Chaos and enter this world while Chaos is still on Mars. He has been sentenced to six months on Earth (which is now a mining prison) for being caught with alcohol. This allows for the majority of the book to take place with Chaos and Beau in prison. The end portion of the last chapter takes place within the motorcycle club. In this dismal future alcohol among many other things are illegal with harsh punishments for offenders. Many of the things we have in everyday life are illegal in James Cox’s Outlaw MC world. It’s not long after his arrival on Earth that Chaos is introduced to how his life will go for the next six months. There is an interesting hierarchy to this prison way of life. The few guards don’t care what the inmates do. The inmates either mine, hook themselves out, or they fight. Chaos immediately knows which option is right for him, he fights. It’s after his first fight that he meets Beau. It doesn’t take long for Beau to become the balm that soothes Chaos. They make the most of the short time they have together. Beau only has three month of his four year sentence left. This concerns Beau a bit. He knows that once he is back on Mars he doesn’t have anywhere to go. He will be just another injustice homeless face. Mars and its laws and judicial system are full of flaws. I think the set up for correcting the wrongs of this world has been touched on in the pages of this very sexy novella. At this point the motorcycle club aspect of the series has been barely touched on. The other members are briefly introduced. Their thoughts on making Mars a better place to live have been mentioned as with the person who must be brought down. I believe that these are the places that readers will be taken with future books in this series. book provided by the author for the purpose of an honest review

Love Bytes
Written by Dan on 3rd Mar 2015

I feel another great series coming from James Cox. In fact, I will already go on record saying I think I’m going to like even more than I liked the Handsome Heroes series of his that I recently reviewed! Mars at the turn of the next millennia is home to the humans of Earth. When the wars were over and the ecology collapsed, there was no choice but to seek a home elsewhere. Now Earth is nothing but a prison mine, inhabited by the criminals from Mars. But in this upside down world, the criminals in many cases are the good guys. As the blurb says, gay equals death; women are property and just kept for breeding purposes; dark skinned men are slaves; and the consumption of alcohol results in a jail sentence. When we meet Chaos, he has just been sentenced to six months on Earth for alcohol use. He is literally put in a coffin shaped container and jettisoned into space headed for Earth. The eight hour flight though is interrupted by his hitting a meteor. Thinking he will die in space, he knocks himself out by hitting his head on the inside of the container enough times to become unconscious. Imagine his surprise when he wakes up to a bright light, and finds himself landing on Earth. Right away he is approached by the head inmate and his cronies trying to pick a fight, and telling him it is his choice, fight or be forced to the 6th level where men are forced to service other men, over and over and over again. Obviously our hero chooses the fighting aspect, since he knows he could take any of the men standing in front of him. But what happens when he catches the dimpled smile of a hot Hispanic man in the group? Beau has been sentenced to four years on Earth for helping a runaway slave. Can the two men find each other in the three months that Beau has left on Earth? And what will happen to Chaos when Beau goes back to Mars, leaving Chaos with three more months to serve? I really like this start on a new series, but I’ll be honest, I’m not really a fan of the trend by a lot of authors towards sub-100 page books. However, because I think the storyline is great, the concept is great, and I think it is going to be a great series, this one lands in my 4.0 “Liked It A lot, Would Recommend” level. I can’t wait for the next installment, but I would hope it will be a little longer!

Sexy Bikers in Space!! Awesome sexy start of a series!!,
Written by Anne Bock on 23rd Feb 2015

What an awesome start for a new series by James Cox! After reading the "Handsome"-series, I really was curious for this new series and couldn't wait to start reading. And I wasn't disappointed, in no way at all!! The environment the story is settled in is one rough and hard future, where the human population is settled on Mars and Earth is a "prison colony". Alcohol and drugs will be sentenced, gays have to fear death, black people are slaves and women are only there for breeding. The Outlaw MC is one adversary against the government to help people and safe some free will.. As usual the characters are unique, handsome, dark, tough guys but at least have a heart of gold and a longing to love and be loved in return one can hardly resist! So meet Chaos, one tough sexy biker of the Outlaw MC from Mars. Sentenced for drinking alcohol he has to stay 6 month in prison in earth. There he has to fight to survive. And then he meets Beau, sweet and innocent and just adorable in Chaos' eyes. Chaos falls for him though he fears his own past and his rough being aren't no good for the sexy young man. When his rage takes over no one would be safe and Chaos would hurt even the one he loves and wants, wouldn't he? But Beau touches something deep inside him....could he be the one? When Beau's time in prison is over and he has to leave Chaos fears to loose him. Will he survive the three months without Beau? Will Beau wait for him and meanwhile be safe? I loved each word of this story and can't wait to see and read more of this new world James has created us. The story leaves plenty room for more action to come and hopefully some sexy hot guys, too!! James' writing is sexy and unique as the hunks he writes about and I am more than happy I will get my monthly dose of 'Cox' again!!

Awesome start to a new series
Written by tragedyanne08 on 21st Feb 2015

An awesome book to start a new COX series. One thing that the COX is really good at (well he's good at A LOT of things) but my point here is, he's really good at world building. Especially for a novella length story. Just enough and not too much. It's not over complicated, it's told in a way that easy to follow and there is a ton of information in a few words. I love it. Chaos is a bad ass sexy beast and Beau is pretty much adorable. I loved how Chaos wasn't overly impressed with him at first glance and then Beau smiled and that was it. Considering the setting and the struggle to survive, Chaos is actually one romantic Outlaw Biker. I was sold with Beau's dimples too. I hope these two make appearances in the upcoming books.

Hold on tight for this wild ride!
Written by Lorraine Lesar on 18th Feb 2015

I love The Cox books, they make me happy and leave a smile on my face, but I'm always wary when a author starts a new series - will I like it? what if I don't?. The "what if I don't" doesn't apply here - I loved it! I started reading it and didn't put it down until I had finished. The storyline is unique and interesting - Earth as we know it, no longer exists. It's a penal colony for the convicted. "Chaos" has been convicted, his crime? drinking alcohol! Oh yes, the world has certainly changed. Not only is alcohol illegal, we now have slavery, women are a commodity used for breeding and homosexuality? a death sentence! Chaos is loyal to his MC and they intend to cause as much mayhem as possible to bring down the current Government and their stupid laws (Mick Jagger's "Anarchy is the only slight glimmer of hope" springs to mind). Now I don't want to give too much away, but as Chaos starts his sentence, he meets "Beau", their is something about that man that brings all Chaos protective instincts to the surface - he will be his, he will protect him and no one touches him except Chaos (another saying that springs to mind is "Bikers don't leak oil, they mark their territory" - take it from me, Beau was truly marked!). An amazing start to this new series and I can't wait to read book 2 which I believe is being released next month. 5* ride all the way!
