Curvy Women Wanted, 10

Ryker’s escaped prison to prove his innocence, but before he can do that, he needs a safe place to hide. When a curvy woman makes her way toward her car in a secluded section of a parking lot, he sees the perfect opportunity. Holding her at gunpoint, he forces this woman to take her to his home.

This isn’t the first time Scarlett has been held at gunpoint, and she’s not actually afraid of Ryker. There’s something in his eyes that makes her realize he’s not going to hurt her, which is crazy—and that is what scares her.

He’s the first man she’s ever wanted, but she has to resist him. There’s no place for love in Scarlett’s life.

Ryker wants Scarlett more than anything else in the world, and he’s going to have her. Learning about the abuse she suffered in the past doesn’t make him see her any differently. He just knows that she deserves a man without a black cloud hanging over his head.

He’s going to clear his name, but what will happen after? Will he go back and claim Scarlett as his, or will he let her go?

Excerpt:

He didn’t stop touching her. He didn’t want to ever stop touching her. She was such a beautiful woman. “Why not? Do I scare you?”

“You don’t scare me.”

“What is it?” he asked, worried that he made her think of that piece of shit.

“You make me want things I really shouldn’t want.”

Okay, now his dick was thinking all different kinds of things. “What do you want?”

“I want you, and I shouldn’t want you.”

“Why shouldn’t you want me?”

She chuckled. “The obvious one, you’re a convict.”

“I was falsely imprisoned.”

“And second, you don’t look at me like I’m going to break.”

“I know you’re not.”

“I’m a freak, Ryker.”

“You’re not a freak. You’re a fighter. A woman who has survived so much, and deserves to have some happiness. A lot of happiness.”

“You don’t see an abused woman when you look at me?” she asked.

The tears in her eyes would stay with him forever. “No. I don’t.” And now he was going to take a risk. “I see a beautiful woman, Scarlett. Not only do I see a beautiful woman, but the things I want to do to you, you should kick me out right now, and call me the asshole that I am, and stay away from me.”

“What do you want to do to me?”

She didn’t heed his warning.

Slowly trailing his fingers down her neck, he teased across her pulse and went toward the edge of her crop top. She wasn’t wearing a bra, and he saw the outline of her nipple. Stroking his thumb across her bud, he watched her gasp.

“I think about you naked. How these gorgeous tits would look, and what they’d taste like. I think about fucking you, and I want to drive my cock so deep inside you that you scream my name, begging for more. I never want to stop, and I always want to hear the pleasure in your voice, always. Not a moment goes by when I don’t think about how good your tight cunt would feel wrapped around my cock.”

He didn’t know if he was going too far, but he decided when it came to Scarlett, he’d always tell her the truth. He wouldn’t try to spare her.

He’d be the one to help guide her, to show her that she had someone to catch her when it got a little too hard.

“I’m not an innocent virgin,” she said.

“They’re kind of overrated,” he said. “You’re reading way too many books.”

Her gaze drifted to his lips, and he watched as she licked hers, almost as if she was imagining what it would be like to taste him.

“Kiss me, Ryker, please.”

He didn’t need to be asked twice. Pressing his lips against hers, he cupped her cheek and tilted her head back.

Lightly at first, he explored her mouth, and closed his eyes as his cock grew even harder. Her hands went to his chest, and if she pushed him off, he wouldn’t push. She didn’t try to get him away from her. Her hand fisted his shirt, tugging him closer.

Her lips were firmer as they pressed against his, and seeing that she wasn’t going to run away scared, he didn’t hold back.

Licking her lips, he took advantage the moment she gasped, plunging inside to taste her.

The Romance Reviews
Written by PaulineMichael on 25th Apr 2018

Sam Crescent provides the best guilty pleasure with this swift, sexy and sweet read. Scarlett is one of the most complex and engaging heroines I have come across. She has an intense past and an intriguing present and I couldn’t help but wish she’d get a dream worthy future. Ryker is absolutely perfect for her. As this is a quick story we don’t get to see so deeply into his history but we do get to see his personality very clearly by the actions he takes. I must say I was very curious about him, wanting to know more, but everything I did see I loved. I enjoyed his straightforward attitude and his feelings for Scarlett and her furry companion. The relationship between these two was fascinating and so captivating and the brevity gave it an exciting almost adventuresome twist. This short story had a little of everything. "Convict" started with heart raising hazard. Between the pages you get witty banter and a smouldering chemistry that eventually singed my eReader. There were moments of absolute seriousness and even sadness, but even more moments of hope and happiness. The Story: Ryker has escaped from prison and needs to find a way to prove his innocence. The thing is, he never planned on finding a woman like Scarlett and the feelings they discover for one another. Can he clear his name and have a future?

Utter Perfection
Written by Cariad Books on 16th Mar 2018

This book is just perfection and one of the best to date that I have read by this author. Scarlett is not your usual woman she lives alone secluded in a world she doesn't feel right in. her past is marred by tragedy pain and things that no one would ever expect. Ryker has been wrongly convicted and has escaped from prison he see's Scarlett and takes her somewhat hostage he soon realises there is something different about her as they grow closer together the chemistry surrounds them the feelings are getting more towards love. To get the woman he wants Ryker knows he will have to clear his name with the promise that he will be back he sets off to do just that. Leaving his love behind is hard but clearing his name will be a battle as nothing will stop him from getting back to the woman he loves. This book is the best I am utterly spellbound by it the author brought out so many emotions in not only the characters but in myself. what a fantastic book. 5 Out Of 5 Hearts From Cariad Books

Loved this one

Loved this one. They were only separated for close to a month, but they were not broken up. It's a truly great story. Safety: The h was raped for 6 years by a stepfather, it's not descriptive, but wanted to put it out there. celibate-hero, faithful-during-separation, faithful-since-meeting, get-together-stay-together, hea, love-how-he-loves-her, no-cheating, no-ow-om-drama, no-push-pull, read, talk-of-rape

GREAT
Written by Neringa on 19th Feb 2018

Great addition to the series. I was dragged into the story from the first page. I liked both Scarlett and Ryker. Theirs first meeting was interesting. At the beginning it went as you expect, he points a gun at her and she's shocked, but then things change. She was spunky and fearless, and I loved that. He was confused and fascinatedby her. And I probably can end with and the rest was the history. I wanna to say it was light story, but based on Scarletts past I'm not sure if it's completely true. It may be a trigger for some. But everything what happens at present is light and no dramas.
