Fallen Angels MC, 2

Reeling from the driveby that killed one of his brothers, Dagger steps up to take care of the only family his brother had left. A sister who is left withdrawn and despondent by the loss. He’s just drawing her out of her shell when she disappears. Not knowing if the same club business that killed her brother is back, or if it’s something else, Dagger is desperate to find her.

Andy came back to Craven’s Creek, to the only family she had left, and now he’s gone. She has nothing left. Nowhere to go. No one to turn to. And no one will tell her why. It’s all she can do to get dressed and go to his funeral. How will life go on without the one constant in her life? Then, just as someone starts breaking down her walls, she’s taken from him.

Excerpt:

He’d been sitting there at least an hour and was beginning to wonder if Andy had any food in the house. He had been too busy keeping an eye on her and making sure she ate, to eat much himself. He was considering going into the kitchen and looking for something to eat when the sound of heartbroken sobs came through the wall.

He couldn’t help the ache in his chest at how much pain she must be in. Her last family member was gone. Andy and Panther had been tight, they’d all known that, even if Panther hadn’t brought her around the clubhouse much.

It had been nearly an hour of her crying nonstop when Dagger got up and went into the kitchen. He was hoping to distract himself, because she wouldn’t want him to say anything, and he didn’t want to make her feel worse by saying anything.

He’d learned long ago that many women used tears as a weapon. A tool to manipulate people, and not just men, into doing what they wanted. He’d learned to ignore them, to not let them bother him. But something about Andy’s tears tore at him.

Dagger opened the refrigerator and stared inside, not registering what was inside for several seconds because his brain wasn’t on what he was doing but instead was on the sounds coming from the bedroom. After a moment, he realized there wasn’t much there. A full quart of milk that had expired a week and a half before, a few condiments and three-quarters of a case of water. He sighed and pulled two bottles free from the package. Breaking the seal on one, he tipped it back and drank until it was empty before crumpling it and tossing the bottle in the trash a few feet away.

He glanced toward the closed bedroom door and knew what he had to do. She was going to end up dehydrated if she didn’t drink something and the sobs didn’t sound any closer to stopping than they had when she started. He went to the door and knocked. Several minutes passed and nothing changed. She didn’t answer and her crying didn’t even slow. This wasn’t going to be simple or easy. He knocked again.

“Go away.” Her voice was nasal from crying but the spark of attitude that he was becoming fond of was there. That was good. At least she wasn’t totally withdrawing again.

Dagger shook his head. He went to the couch, sat and took off his boots before going back to the door. He knocked again but this time he didn’t wait for her to answer. Instead he tried the knob and was pleasantly surprised to find it unlocked. He eased the door open, hoping she wasn’t naked, and found that he couldn’t see her at all. She was wrapped up in the blanket and looked like a large lump in the middle of the bed. A lump that shook as she continued to cry.

Not knowing what else to do, he moved into the room and stood for a moment beside the bed watching, waiting for her to look up and see him.

“Andy? You need to drink something, Andy. You’re going to make yourself sick.’

“I don’t want anything. Go away.”

“Not going to happen.”

“I don’t want anything.”

He sighed. She was going to be stubborn. Not that he’d expected anything else. Being more than a little bullheaded was part of how Panther had made it to be the Angels’ Sargeant at Arms. Stands to reason that his sister would have at least a little of the quality as well.

Dagger set the water bottle on the table beside the bed and sat down on the edge of the mattress, waiting for a moment to see if she would react. When she didn’t even acknowledge his presence, he stretched out and rolled over, so he lay on his side, facing her.

“Come here,” he said, tugging her, blanket and all, so she lay in his arms. He could tell from where the sounds of her tears were coming from that he had the end with her head, and he just held on. He let her cry but held her wrapped in his arms so she would at least know she wasn’t entirely alone.

Dusty and Dented
Written by Chris S on 15th Sep 2025

I'm new to this author, this being the second book I've read by her but it won't be the last. Her Avenging Angel was my first book and this is a great continuation in the series. When Andy's life is shattered, Dagger is there to pick up the pieces. This book is a roller coaster of emotions. You have to read this to truly appreciate it.

What a wild ride!
Written by Shelly44 on 15th Sep 2025

What a emotional wild ride! I read the first novel in this series and enjoyed it! This novel did not disappoint. From the first chapter this novel pulled me in and held on tight. I was so excited to jump back into this series. Once I started reading I had a hard time putting it down. My heart hurt for Andy as she is dealing with the grief of losing her brother. I loved Andy and Travis's story. I loved how Travis recognized Andy's grief while he was also dealing with the loss of his friend, Andy's brother. I loved how they both lowered their walls and defenses and opened their hearts to each other and fell in love. Despite the chaos of everything going on around them. So good! I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next. What a wild emotional ride!

Andy and Daggerv

Andy is reeling from the loss of her brother, Travis/Panther, who was gunned down in a drive by shooting at the clubhouse. He was the last family she had left but the Fallen Angels MC is not going to leave her in the wind. Dagger takes it upon himself to be there for her and support her. When Andy is abducted Dagger realizes she is not just club business anymore, she means so much more to him. This book ends with a HFN but the danger to Andy still needs to be dealt with.

Andy loses everything when Travis is killed. His club brother Dagger steps in to protect and help her. Feeling are growing between them when another threat arises. This is a great follow up to book one and leaves you eagerly waiting for book three.

Fallen Angels MC 2
Written by Doris on 15th Sep 2025

What a great follow up to Her Avenging Angel which was another five star read for me. I love how this author can draw out so many emotions with her writing style. This book was a real heartbreaker and when Andy’s brother is killed, Dagger is the man is to helps his brother’s sister. They form a bond and when Andy goes missing Dagger will stop at nothing to get her back. A great book and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Love, Loss, and Loyalty in the Shadows of the MC
Written by C Luna on 15th Sep 2025

Andy’s life is shattered the moment her brother Travis is killed in a drive-by. He wasn’t just her brother—he was her anchor, her last piece of family. The grief nearly swallows her whole, leaving her lost, hollow, and struggling to see any way forward. Then comes Dagger. Travis’s brother-in-arms. A man who knows loss all too well, but refuses to let Andy drift away in her sorrow. What begins as duty slowly transforms into something deeper: a tender, burning connection forged in shared pain and fragile hope. But just as Andy starts to find her footing—and starts to let Dagger in—everything is ripped away again. She disappears. Whether it’s the same shadows that killed her brother or something more sinister, one thing is certain: Dagger will burn the world down before he lets her slip through his fingers. What I loved most about this story is how Harley Grym doesn’t sugarcoat the pain. Andy’s grief feels real, raw, and heavy, but Dagger’s steady strength balances it. Their romance builds slowly, carefully, like two broken pieces finding a way to fit together. It’s not easy. It’s not pretty. But it’s powerful. Dusty and Dented isn’t just a love story—it’s a story about survival, about fighting through the dents and dust life leaves on you, and finding someone who loves you exactly as you are. Gritty, emotional, and unforgettable.

Dagger and Andy
Written by Babs on 15th Sep 2025

Dagger and Andy, the second book in the Fallen Angels MC series. The story begins with Dagger stepping in to protect Andy after Andy's brother, Travis, a member of the Fallen Angels MC, is killed in a drive-by shooting. Their attraction develops gradually into a genuine connection as they face a new threat to both the MC and Andy. Though it's a short read, it's quite impactful. Overall, I found it to be a really great second book.

Andy and Dagger
Written by LBing on 15th Sep 2025

This was a fab follow-up to book one and it had so many emotions. The author did a fab job taking me on Andy's journey of debilitating grief with the loss of her brother, Travis, to something very real with Dagger. He was assigned to help her out and he really became her strength. His calm and honesty made it tough for Andy to hide anything, really, but it also pulled her out of her despair. I love that he was open to sharing her love of Hogwarts. I also love how protective and dedicated he was to her. Of course, there is good steam but it's slow burn, which makes perfect sense. I really enjoyed this story and can't wait for the next book as there's an over-arcing thread left hanging. I need to know someone gets his commeuppance...so badly ;P

Dagger and Andy
Written by Avid MC Reader on 15th Sep 2025

This is the second book in the Fallen Angels MC series and is packed full of alpha men, action, tragedy, trauma, suspense, romance, and all good things that make a book worth reading. Tragedy draws Andy and Dagger together, but budding feelings keep them together. Andy's brother, Travis aka Panther, was gunned down in from of the MC's clubhouse. When Dagger sees Andy at the funeral and realizes that she is out of it, takes it upon himself to look after her. Then Andy is kidnapped and things become known that propel the story along another path that may or may not be related to the attack on the clubhouse. Once Andy is rescued, Dagger resumes his caretaker role but begins to realize that he feels more for her than just compassion. I gave this book four stars because I was very dissatisfied with the ending. The story built from chapter to chapter but when it should have hit its peak, it deflated. Andy and Dagger get their HFN but everything else was left unresolved.

Good Book

Good book, moves along at a good pace. I liked it. I'm thinking there has to be a part two or three, because this one just ends. All the bad guys are still out there.

Amazing second book in the series
Written by Joreads on 15th Sep 2025

Dagger and Andy meet when Andy's brother is killed in a drive by shooting. Travis was a member of the Fallen Angels MC and Dagger steps in to protect Andy. The attraction starts out slowly and develops into something real as they navigate a new threat to the MC and Andy. This is a short read, and it really packs a punch. A really great second book.

Great characters in a well written book. It’s sad and beautiful and steamy but it feels like it ended before the story finished. Hopefully there’s more to come in subsequent stories, if so then I can’t wait

Sweet, but open ending...
Written by Kris08 on 15th Sep 2025

Surprisingly sweet for an MC romance… Check your trigger warnings… there are some confronting issues! Andy and Dagger meet at her brothers funeral, and she’s angry at the world. He’s instantly protective, then she gets kidnapped… Cue a more in-depth plot involving more than a rival MC. I loved Dagger - he was brutally honest, super protective and a bit of a cinnamon roll - a dirty one, but a cinammon roll nonetheless. Their ending was up in the air - they have a HFN, but it feels like the storyline is unfinished. I assume that it will continue across the next book(s)..

DAGGER AND SPARKY
Written by Gkp2460 on 15th Sep 2025

Dusty And Dented is book 2 in the Fallen Angels MC series and is Dagger and Andy's story and it's a heartbreaker. Tragedy brings these two together in the most innocent of ways but that innocence doesn't last long. This is easily a one sitting read and every page is more intriguing than the one before. There's plenty packed into this relatively short read and I enjoyed all of it! "We may be called Angels but none of us have halos."

Good read!
Written by Jes7s7 on 15th Sep 2025

Enjoyable read with Dagger and Andy. The book gave enough information to keep me interested and didn't feel so much like an insta-love. It did leave a lot of open questions. I thought we would hear more from Raven and Talynn but alas it was to be.
