The bigger man from the neck down looked downright sexy. Muscular arms. Broad shoulders. When he dismounted from his bike his jeans hugged all the right places. When he finally took off his helmet, her eyebrows shot up.
Good Lord. It was as if Regé-Jean Page had a baby with Gerard Butler and that baby was, well, the most exquisite perfection of male ever created. That was how beautiful this man was. He had dirty-blond hair that brushed his shoulders. She couldn’t see his eye color but it hardly mattered. With just one look, Vivi was over writing a book about stupid penises, and the men they were attached to. Her one goal now was to escape this room and meet the father of her future children.
She hurried to the door and tried it, discovering it locked tighter than a nun’s vagina. Damn it! Viv ran back to make sure her baby-daddy was still there. A tied-up man was escorted outside, being jostled about. A man in a black suit opened the rear door of the van and the tied-up man was thrown into the back. Panicked, because she really didn’t want to lose Beautiful Man, she tried to open the window. When it didn’t budge, she looked closer and noticed nails sealing it shut. Her gaze landed on the uncomfortable wooden chair that Cross had given her so she had one more thing to sit on, which she never did because the hard seat hurt her ass. If the window wouldn’t open, she would simply have to create a new exit. Picking up the chair, she brought it over her head and flung it forward. The glass shattered. She quickly tossed the chair aside and carefully leaned out the open window to wave frantically.
“Yoo-hoo!” she yelled. Several pairs of eyes swung up to her. “Hey, Beautiful Man! Not you, the other one. Also not you, sorry if that hurts your feelings.” Beautiful Man pointed at himself. “Yes, you. Would you like to get married? I think our babies would be the most adorable little people in the world. Stay right there, I’m coming down!”
Frantically, she grabbed the blankets off her bed and draped them over the broken window so she wouldn’t cut herself. Then, carefully, she lowered herself out to dangle high over the ground.
Huh.
She clearly hadn’t thought this through.
“Beautiful Man! Can you help me?”
Fantastic tale. I loved Vivi immediately and I laughed way more than I expected. She is an awesome chick. Linc is hers from the moment she spots him and he takes it all in stride. This was a super fun addition to the series. I can't wait to see what comes next.
Shadow Obsession is my intro to this new to me author and what a gem both the book and the author are. These characters are absolutely the best! In spite of the situation Vivi finds herself, and it's a pretty bad situation, she is hysterical. She marches to the beat of her own drum and is completely unapologetic. Then we have Lincoln, sexy, alpha beast that he is doesn't know what to think when he and Vivi encounter each other. What they do know though is that they both feel this unwavering pull to each other. Their journey is absolutely fantastic. It's as much of a journey for the reader as it is for the characters!
Vivi is being kept as a debt repayment with no chance for escape until she comes across Lincoln. The draw is instant between them but both hide something, can they escape and become one with the heated desires building between them? Well written engaging, steamy action insta hot loving romance
Such A Fun Steamy Read! I haven’t laughed or giggled as much whilst reading a book for ages but this is one serious but witty read! Vivi had her own problems but as soon as she saw her beautiful man, she just knew he would be the love of her life and she would have his babies! Lincoln didn’t know what had hit him when he met Vivi, he just knew the more he was in her company, the more he craved her! Both had secrets but were they willing to confess to each other? Vivi is one seriously scatty but clever person so don’t under estimate her while Lincoln is one dark sexy alpha male who would do anything to protect her. Enjoy their mad, fast journey into love with some action and lots of steam along the way! There is so much going on in this storyline I could go on for ages about how great it is but you just have to read it yourself to enjoy their journey.
Quite a good little story, however i couldnt give it the full five stars because it didnt quite grab me from the start and i didnt really couldnt help but want to stray from the book. But as i read more it became better so that was all good. Overall a good story
Imagine rays of Yellow & sprinkles of colour everywhere. That's what it felt like when Vivi comes into the picture. I ended up smiling & laughing so much. Linc together with Vivi only brought out smiles & the other side of misunderstood bikers. Absolutely adorable read.
I love Viv so much. She's just my type of crazy and funny as $hit. I laughed so much in this book. "I'm jumping, catch me??" Who does this. Oh her..... I had to finish this book as soon as possible to know what she would do next. I think it's the funnest book I've read lately. So in love
Held hostage until her sister comes up with enough money to pay back what their brother owed, Vivi, had to escape and that opportunity came when Linc came on separate run and she knew she couldn't let him go. Surprisingly, Vivi's bubble gum personality was endearing and not annoying. Linc brought a good balance to her positivity. It was pretty adorable.

Wow, It was my second time reading this author and really liked it. It was so easy to get into the story. I felt like actually listening to Vivi ramble and how Lincoln engage in the conversations! I love the chemistry between them! This is the 4th book in the series and I have to go back to read 2 and 3.
Vivi is super freaking adorable in all the best ways. I would so be her bff. And I absolutely loved her chemistry with Linc!! I have no read the other books in the series and I felt like that was totally ok but it she as H3!! made me want to go back and find them cause they sound so good!
