He made his way up the stairs, and with each step closer to Rebeka, he got calmer, but his body also grew more and more fiery, making his cock hard enough to pound nails.
Dominic slipped into the bedroom and came to an instant stop when he saw Rebeka lying on the bed with a small thin blanket covering her. The dress she wore had slipped up with the blanket so he could see the majority of her sleek legs. Fuck, what he would give to be able to dive into her at that moment.
He took a few minutes to stare at her and catalog every feature he could see. She certainly was the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen. How she affected his body was electrifying but also disturbing because he never thought he could feel like this.
He locked the door and sat down beside her on the mattress. His hand slowly slid up and down her leg a few times before smoothing the hair from her face. The thought that she would truly be his for the rest of his life in just a few short days overwhelmed him.
He’d be able to touch or fuck her any time he wanted. If he wanted to lay her face-down on his desk and fuck her until they were both raw and achy, he could. If he wanted to push her against a wall, lift her skirt and fuck her, he would. After the wedding, he would demand she not wear panties so he’d have full access to her all the time.
“Hey, baby, wake up for me,” he said.
He grinned when she just grumbled but didn’t wake up. Before he tried again, he lay down beside her and faced her with his head on his hand supported by his elbow. His hand touched every part of her body he could reach as he coaxed her to wake up.
“Come on, baby. I need you to get up,” he said.
She tried to push his hand off her hip. “Why?”
“Because we need to talk.”
She growled, moved to her back, and rubbed her eyes. Her eyes widened when she turned her head to see him lying beside her. “What are you doing?” she asked.
“I’m lying next to my fiancée.”
She scowled at him. “Stop saying that.”
He grinned. “No.” He cupped her cheek. “How about we test it? If I can make you hot, you’ll admit you’re mine.”
“How would you do that?” she asked suspiciously.
Dominic rolled on top of her and made space between her thighs for him. His head descended, and he took her lips hungrily with a burning intensity that he’d never felt.
He wrapped one hand around her hip, and the other cupped the back of her head to keep her steady. They were breathing heavily, and he could already feel his cock weep and his balls draw up.
Dominic hadn’t gone off like this since he was fourteen years old. He prided himself on being in control of everything in his life. She was taking away his ability to rule his world with just one kiss, which infuriated him. He would put a stop to it as soon as he could, but he wouldn’t stop kissing her. He’d just find a way to keep himself from needing her so much.
Maybe after he’d fucked her a few times, his body would calm down enough not to invade his every thought.
I loved getting to read Dominic and Rebeka's story. I definitely didn't like him from the previous book in this series but he made up for that in this book with his rescuing and falling in love with Rebeka. This story was exciting and steamy and I really hope we will see more of all of these characters.

This was an entertaining read. I was hooked by the engaging story line and endearing characters. I look forward to my next adventure with this author.
A great continuation of this series... I just cannot get enough! I loved both main characters and I loved their every interaction! The storyline had me hooked straight away and I couldn't put it down. I loved this just like all the others I have read in this series, I'm hoping for more I just don't want this series to end!

This is this sixth book in this incredible series, and this is Dominic and Rebeka’s story. Dominic is head of the mafia and his family, while Rebeka is betrayed and sold to a monster, by her cousin. Will Dominic be able to save Rebeka in time? This is a well written story which had me on tenterhooks throughout, and is filled with family, betrayal, drama, suspense, emotions, action, and is an entertaining page turner. Dominic rescues Rebeka, an innocent girl who was sold to her cousin in order to pay a bet. When he first saw her, he fell in love and vowed to protect her forever. The events of the past few hours have left Rebecca very scared. Currently, her wish is to return to her previous routine. Unfortunately, she is no longer able to do so. Her new role is to be Dominic's wife. A brilliant story with torrid parts that will leave your hair standing on end. Novels with characters in the mafia fascinate me because you can feel the action pulsing in you. I was intrigued by the title of Maclean Mafia Men 1. A bonus chapter was included at the end of this book. I believe that Dominic and Rebeka are mentioned in it, but I'm not certain. As a result, it was a pleasant experience reading this novel, and I highly recommend it.
Dominic was a tough character to like, he went in saving Rebeka but wasn’t very nice to her. I get that is anger about the things he has discovered about himself and secrets kept. He finds out who he is but he was a complicated character.

Wow what an absolute blast of a book that I couldn't put the book down, the storyline was so captivating, and the characters were sensational. Family should look after each other but that was not the case for Rebeka. Dominic is the head of the Mafia and his family while his mother helps when needed. One of his men told him about what was happening in a card game, can they rescue her or will it be just another blood bath.
I enjoy this like any other book in this series. And I love how powerful the women are although it can appear the other way around, but they have control on their men. In this is the same and eventhough she didn't have anything to go back she didn't stand any bad treatment. And of course everything end good.
Dominic messed up bad when it came to Rebeka, she was sold by her cousin to a monster of a man only to be rescued by the devil n Dominic, he broke her beyond anything but could he be the one to piece her back again? well written a great addition to the series, twists, desires, action, and more!
This is a wonderful series and the book was very well written and I just loved the characters. The dark romance storyline was just wonderful. I really am a sucker for a Alpha/Mafia man and so this truly didn't disappoint.
This is book six in The MacLean Mafia Men series and it is Dominic and Rebeka's story and it is definitely a must read. Maria romance are on of my go to favourite reads and I absolutely love this book and series and it didn't disappoint as it was everything that I expected. Dominic knew that he would eventually take over the family dynasty but it came sooner than he was expecting when his father disappeared and even though Dominic hadn't had a easy life of has made him the man that he is today. Rebeka was shocked and not expecting her cousin to betray her and sell her to a monster and she definitely suffered until she was rescued by Dominic thinking that things would get better only for it to get even worse with no way out of the situation but what will happen when Dominic realised that he has made a big mistake as he had come to care for Rebeka and now is it too late and has he lost her for good only time will tell what the outcome would be for them. There are twists and turns along with great characters and a storyline that pulled you in and I couldn't put this book down as it was so addictive and kept my attention q and I can't wait to read more book's by this author in the future.
Its a great book beautiful story. Actually i am a fan of this author I like all her books, I like the chemistry of the characters. If you read it with fantasy mind it's great book. Some other actions are justified that it's way of a mafias. Like the female was being held to be gang raped and killed and the Dominic go to rescue her and then all over the sudden he wants her for himself. I didn't like the way he pushed her when she was shot because of his own fears and the words he said to her was really harsh and I didn't like that he didn't try hard before being forgiven. Like at all. Good job
So what you see is pretty much what you get with Dominic. He shows his arrogant jerk behavior right from the getgo. Even though there is definitely a HEA in the end he continually proves my previous point. His bride on the other hand is sweet as they come, and it takes her awhile to realize that she is in love with Dominic. Even after this happens Dominic puts his foot in it again and makes her leave him because she will not put up with his behavior. All I can do is good girl!! Anyways, the HEA finally comes to fruition once the bad guy of the story is put out of business permanently.
Dominic, the Moretti brother, rescues Rebeka from another mafia family after she was given to them by her cousin when he lost her in a card game. There is instant attraction but Dominic has issues that need addressed before they have their happily ever after. Love how the Moretti sisters support Rebeka and how the Macleans give him grief.
We all remember Dominic from The Mafia Queen and got a glimpse at the life he led at the hands of his father. In the The Mafia Prince we learn more about Dominic Russo, Prince of the Moretti Family and he learns more about his family. Life hasn't been good for him, his mother or any of his sisters. They soon find out they have more in common than what they thought. Rebeka, thanks to her cousin, gets dragged into a huge, huge mess. As soon as Dominic hears what her cousin has done he calls on the Maclean brothers to help him rescue her. This story is every bit as dark, exciting and intense as the rest of this series is. It pulls you in and holds you hostage from the very beginning and doesn't release you until the end. This entire series leaves you desperate for more at the end of each book.
