Skylar Davies is a fantastic heroine. She's stronger than she thinks and despite the absolute worst childhood she is such a loving person with a pure soul. She doesn't quite see her own worth and I enjoyed watching her heroes win her over and show her what they saw from their eyes. These two men are perfect for her. After a full life they have no regrets. They know who they are and what they want. Watching them prove themselves and their feelings to Sky was beautiful. Leo and Paul have a bond and it was so nice to see how they interacted with each other and with her. They were just larger than life, but so very real.\r\n\r\nI enjoyed the setting in the motorcycle club. It was as if this sweet woman thrived on the gritty lifestyle of the club members. Could Skylar be exactly the sort of woman they’ve both been searching for?\r\n\r\nI really enjoyed this story and found it to be full of emotion and passion. I loved watching the relationship build slowly between Skylar, Leo and Paul. There was a very strong cast of secondary characters I also enjoyed, their lives and plotlines weaving around the blossoming threesome making this story feel like it had a lot of depth to me. This really deepened my enjoyment. The “villainous” female character was a little too cartoon-like for me, but I have to admit she certainly served the purpose I imagine she was present for – to create friction and tension. Overall I have to really commend the author on a large group of really enjoyable, varied and interesting characters and weaving them all together seamlessly to create a marvelous story.\r\n\r\nWhile this story is clearly in the middle of an ongoing series, I was really pleased that it read properly and coherently as a stand alone story. I don’t think I’ve read any of the previous stories in this particular series, but I had no problem at all picking up all the threads of plot and handling the large cast of characters. In that respect this story is a real joy to read – easy to just pick up cold and thoroughly enjoy.\r\n\r\nReaders looking for a good plot with multiple layers, a large group of varied and interesting characters and some steamy hot threesome sex should find this to be an excellent read. She had a terrible childhood and now she is trying to move on but the memories and pain lasts a bit longer.\r\n\r\nSo Paul and Leo was exactly what she needed in her life. One serious and one always seeing the happy side to everything. And I liked the fact that they started slow with her, getting to know her and spending time with her and then they told her what their intentions were.\r\n\r\nAnd we also get to check in with the characters from the previous books. After being in theirs heads, I'm glad, that they didn't feel anything deeper for Stacey. Because she didn't deserved them or to be on theirs radar.\r\n\r\nWhen Paul and Leo meet Skylar... Well, that's when interesting happens. Because they wanted the whole family package deal for so long, it was a wonder they could hold themselves back and be patient with Skylar, trying slowly to win her over. It was sweet, how they made catch up with some things that she missed growing up.\r\n\r\nAnd talking about Skylar, I won't try to pretend to understand, what she when through growing up. That's alien for me. But I could imagine it could do lots of damage for some people. It did for Skylar.
