I frantically tried to think of something I could do to help him, since I was battling, we all were and couldn’t rescue him. I enjoyed the storyline and the over all characters, but unfortunately I felt missing information on them since I didn’t read book one. The steamy scenes are not mild but not over the top. This is a cliffhanger, which I wasn’t expecting, hence my opening sentence. The book tended to drag for me in some areas and some areas were given to much attention to detail while others I felt needed it, did not get it.
