Daddy Series, 24

Hannah comes home to a completely different life, and she has to get used to it. The fact she can't have her soul mate hurts on a level that sometimes takes away her will to want to wake up the next day. Because she’s been gone so long, she guesses there's a good chance that she’s lost him, she just didn't realize how much it would hurt to move on without him.

Cullen had waited for Hannah to get home. They never intended for her to be gone so long, and now he needs to know why. When he lets his hurt feelings get in the way, it almost takes her from him again. He knows he’ll do whatever it takes to get her back and to keep her in his life for good.

Excerpt:

Hannah looked over her shoulder one more time as she walked away. She felt the heat from his slap on her ass, making her need for him spike. Damn, was something wrong with her? Shouldn’t she hate to be spanked?

After undressing, she stood off to the side and waited. Her breath caught in her throat when she heard his heavy footsteps coming toward her.

She fisted her hands when he stopped in the doorway and stared at her. The way his gaze slid up and down her made goosebumps break out over her skin and her cunt spasm.

She wanted his hands on her so much she ached.

Without a word, he reached over his shoulder and pulled his t-shirt over his head. It was a move that she always thought was sexy as hell.

Her gaze followed his hands when they lowered and unbuttoned his jeans. When he slid the zipper down, it seemed to echo in the room and made her blood pump harder in her body.

She gasped when his cock sprang out and bounced against his stomach. Saliva pooled in her mouth as the rest of his clothes came off.

He started the shower and then held his hand out to her.

“Come here, little bird.”

She set her hand in his and let him pull her under the water.

“I’ll wash you first, baby. But then I want you to wash me.”

She nodded eagerly.

His short nails gently scratched over her scalp as he washed her hair because he knew she loved it. He rinsed the shampoo from her head before slathering on her conditioner. A moan slid from her mouth as his fingers massaged the back of her neck and then slid down.

The heat of his palms and the slippery body wash against her breasts made her sigh. When his hands moved farther down, she felt her breathing deepen.

She felt his fingers separate her pussy lips. Then one pressed down on her achy, swollen clit, making her cry out and grab his waist.

“Your cunt is already throbbing, isn’t it?”

She nodded and then cried out when his hand lightly slapped her clit. Her nails dug into his waist, and she pressed her nose into his chest.

He chuckled. “I think you like that, don’t you?”

She shook her head, stopped, and then nodded, making him laugh.

“I shouldn’t like that,” she said.

“Oh, fuck yeah. You can like whatever I do to you. I should warn you I’m sometimes going to push your limits a bit.”

“What does that mean?” she asked. She was trying hard to concentrate on his words, but he started pushing one and then two of his broad fingers into her cunt.

“We’re going to try things we haven’t done before.”

“Like what?”

Hannah & Cullen!!
Written by Wendy Livingstone on 24th Nov 2022

This is the 24th book in this incredible series, and this is Hannah and Cullen’s story. These two were always destined to be soulmates, but when Hannah leaves, and then returns home after being away longer than either anticipated, she refuses to tell Cullen where she has been, which caused some major misunderstandings and harsh word exchanged leaving feelings hurt. This is a quick read, with twists, emotions, secrets, intrigue, misunderstandings, and love, which leads to a steamy page turner. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I loved this story. I love how Cullen really takes accountability for his actions and fixes his mistakes. I enjoyed how Hannah had doubts and Cullen erased them. He did anything for her. It was sweet and steamy.

Cullen and Hannah
Written by S. Hansen on 27th Sep 2022

Daddy's Little Bird is such a great book. Cullen wasn’t sure why Hannah stayed away from him for three months but when she comes back he isn’t happy about it and hurts her feelings. He knows he was mean but she should have told him what was going on. It seems like she isn’t being honest and that’s not ok. Cullen may push a little to much and Hannah decides to leave but he’s her Daddy and he’s going to bring her back. There are a few twists in this story, a little bit of sadness and some hot sex. A great storyline and lovable characters. I would definitely recommend this book. I’m hoping Rhys and Kiera get a book.

Part of the Daddy series - a great addition, following Hannah and Cullen. They were torn away from each other, but are eventually brought back into each other's lives. But they have to work through misunderstandings and secrets. An intriguing storyline with interesting characters to hold your interest throughout. I really enjoyed this one and definitely look forward to reading more in the series.

Second chance love
Written by Arahsan on 27th Sep 2022

Lila Fox is a one click, no blurb needed author for me. She hasn't written a lot of second chance romance that I'm aware of, but after reading Daddy's Little Bird she totally should! I was thrown off a little so first when I realized that Cullen and Hannah were already in a relationship at the beginning of the book instead of just meeting. However starting this way allowed for some truly emotional scenes and situations. I really enjoyed this book and definitely recommend reading it.

Short, sweet, and spicy
Written by RahiaLeight on 27th Sep 2022

This is a fast, happy read. Don't get me wrong, there's a bit of turmoil there to pull everything together and make for a happy ending, but it's quickly resolved. Lots of steam that gets a bit spicy near the end. Almost wish it wasn't as fast a read as it was.

Beautiful Story
Written by kdavis on 20th Sep 2022

I really loved this story. It brought out a lot of emotions. Hannah and her brother go to help an Uncle and were only supposed to be gone a few weeks but it turned into three months. Cullen didn't know what was going on but he missed Hannah and was hurt when she stayed away without telling him why. When she finally got home they had a big misunderstanding and Cullen ended up hurting Hannah. They had some things to work out and until they got a chance to talk Cullen would pull something stupid again. I loved how they worked out their problems and Cullen finally got the whole story about why Hannah didn't come home right away. This has some sadness in the story but also lots of make up love and steam. Highly recommend this story.

Heart melting
Written by Envy on 9th Sep 2022

Hannah thought she was doing the right thing, but keeping secrets is never a good choice, thankfully Cullen saw the light before it destroyed them, a wayward little needs a caring and understanding Daddy or two. Hopefully she gets the medical attention she needs for their peace of mind.

One of Lila's best to date
Written by AlleA on 9th Sep 2022

When his girlfriend suddenly returns home after having been away for three months with little explanation or communication, Cullen makes the worst mistake of his life – he impulsively pretends he’s moved on with another woman. Hannah walks away from Cullen shattered, determined to forge a new path, one without the love of her life. But Cullen quickly comes to his senses and moves to reclaim his “little bird.” Regaining her trust won’t be easy, and rightfully so – I love that he has to work at it. I’m a huge Lila Fox fan, so I expected to like her newest book. I wasn't disappointed. In fact, this one has become one of my favorites to date. It’s sweet, angsty but not too angsty, and you really care about what happens to both the hero and heroine. Adding to the delight are visits from characters from previous stories, though this can be read as a standalone. I’m eager to read Rhys and Kiera’s story next – Lila can’t possibly write it fast enough.

Another chance at love?
Written by RhondaVB on 31st Aug 2022

This was a very quick read but it had me choking up a few times. Hannah and Cullen were together until something happens with Hannah and she doesn't want to be in Cullen's way of his new business. When she comes back home with her brother (who I loved by the way), mistakes are made on both of their parts but when the truth comes out, will they get back together? I loved this so much!!!

Such a good DD/lg romance
Written by Veronica1986 on 31st Aug 2022

I loved this one, it was so sweet and caring. No matter how much she tried to push him away to protect him, he refused to let her get away. It was his job to take away all her worries and he was the best man for her. The characters blended so well together and I’m glad to see her brother found a love interest as well. I can’t wait to see if there is going to be a book for him.
