This book had me hooked from the start, it was a quick read, with parts that made me laugh, it is pretty much an instant love, there is also a little bit of danger. Ellie is cute and sweet and needs a place to live and a job, while Ridge is hot and protective and needs a new housekeeper, both are new to the DDLG lifestyle, but perfect together. It is the first book I have read in this series, it was easily read as a standalone, however at the start it does include some characters from previous books - I am going to go back and start the series from the beginning now as I really enjoyed this one.

Ridge and Ellie's story was cute, spicy, heartfelt, sweet and emotional. The addition of a bit of drama, tension and excitement and you have a solid read that was quite entertaining and enjoyable.

It was charming, and it started slowly which gives you a chance to feel their chemistry, I like that she was not whinny kind of girl and she tried her best to not be a burden. She was really likable as for a male lead she was a protector and good man. Although I don't know if there is someone who can drive a truck while never drive any car before and this one is a little. That was i don't know. Good job I really enjoyed their chemistry and character

I really enjoyed this story--it has the super hot chemistry with the instalove that I LOVE from the author. You get everything from her stories--this book has the danger and suspense and then super hot scenes all in such a fast read--love it!!!

We got to see a caring and romantic side to Ridge. Ellie was a sweet girl who was accepted as a Little in her friend group but also thought of herself as an inconvenience. Ridge was able to show her that she was amazing just the way she was.

Ridge visits his cousin Darian who lives on a ranch with his girlfriend Larkin. He meets Ellie at a pool party and he is instantly attracted to her. Ellie is looking for a job and place to stay and Darian offers her to say with him and Larkin (Darian's girlfriend). Darian is into submissive woman, domestic discipline and having cameras all over the house to watch the women and Ridge does not see the appeal until he meets Ellie. Ellie is looking for her place in the world and not confident in the beginning and wants to be independent but needs help that she initially rejects. Ridge wants to be the man that helps her find her place with him. I liked the book it was a short at 124 pages, but did not feel rushed and was an entertaining 2 hour read.
