Excerpt:

Angelo tugged her close for another passionate kiss. Kat started undoing the buttons of his suit. The expression on her face, hungry and impatient, captivated him.

“Let me assist you with that,” Angelo said. He took off his suit, setting it on the arm of a nearby sofa.

“Where’s the bedroom?” she asked.

“This way. My, you are relentless,” he said.

“Is that a bad thing?” Kat asked as she followed him inside his seldom-used bedroom. A cleaning service came in twice a week, so the room was clean and the sheets were fresh at the very least.

“No, I like it,” Angelo said. “I’ve never met anyone quite like you.”

Kat blushed at the compliment. She suddenly seemed unsure of what to do next. It was time for Angelo to take control.

“Turn around,” he ordered.

Kat did as he asked. He tugged the zipper of her dress, exposing the smooth line of her back and her black bra. He noted she wore matching black lace panties. Angelo’s hunger hit him full-force but he restrained himself like a gentleman and helped Kat out of her dress.

Finally, she stood before him in her underwear. She smiled at him, then undid her bra clasp. Kat allowed that to fall to the ground. Her panties came next.

Angelo started on the buttons of his dress shirt, impatient to get the night moving.

“Bed,” he managed to grit out. Kat climbed on the bed and he couldn’t take his eyes from the generous swell of her breasts, hell, to every sweet curve of her perfect body. A goddess lay on his bed and he intended to do what he willed with her.

This is a Mafia Romance, Arranged Marriage, Enemies To Lovers and Forced Proximity Tropes. Kat being a Mafia Princess has to agree to am arranged marriage as a business transaction. Her life was never hers. She revelers and has a one night stand with ahot guy. Only to find out it's the husband she was meant to despise. I loved how strong her character was. She didn't just conform and sit back. Angelo had no choice but get married to his Enemies daughter. To his surprise she is everything he thought she wouldn't be and it's stirring Feelings in his dead heart. Now they're both under attack. Can they survive this, can they actually love each other and fond their HEA? Read this steamy Mafia book and find out.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book. Katherine is the only daughter of Don Max Marino and classed as a mafia princess, classed in their world she holds no real value only as a pawn to be traded which is exactly what is happening. She has been promised to a man that can only be described as a monster by anyone who knows or has heard of Angelo the Don of the Vitale Family and a brute to be reckoned with if you believe all the gossip. It was her last night of freedom has been arranged by her best friend and she has every intention of making this a night to remember before fulfilling her duty to her family. It was a night where she could be anyone she wanted and when she met Cole a charismatic man that she connected with she knew how she was going to spend her last night of freedom. But is the man she is leaving with really the man she thinks and will her wedding go as she thought or are more than one of them going to be surprised? Angelo is the Don of the Vitale Family has a reputation that has been well earned so when he is approached by Don Max Marino a well established enemy he knows that something is up, but can see that the arrangement would work in his favor and agrees to the arrangement much to the disgust of his alies, but he no follower of the rules but a man who fought to get where he is today. Thinking that this new alliance may cause him problems he decides to meet his bride before the marriage, he has no need for a docile wife, he arranges everything for an impromptu meeting and what he finds is a Kat with claws, a woman who he knows will challenge him everyday. Suddenly this match is looking up, but they have started out in their own web of lies, fake names and a night to remember. He knows he will feel her wrath when she discovers his deceit and he’s looking forward to the fight. But there seems to be one of his associates that is determined to remove her from his life, can he keep her safe when danger comes looking for her and are these feelings he is experiencing love, could this be more than just an arrangement? I really enjoyed this book, Kat lives up to her name and shows everyone that she is no sweet mafia princess but a woman who knows how to fight, Angelo is a man who wins wars but thought love could be a man’s downfall and weakness but with the right woman love is what makes him strong. Highly recommended book and series with darkness, violence, plenty of steam and a happily ever after worthy of 4.5*.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. I loved reading this book it was awesome, the story was written well and the characters were really amazing. This story was about Angelo Vitale and Katharine "Kat" Marino, kat's father made a deal with Angelo that he couldn't refuse, Kat was not happy so she went out with her friends and ended up sleeping with a man she just met. Angelo agreed to the arranged marriage he's hoping for an Heir, but will they get married.

Kat is forced into an arranged marriage by her father to one of his enemies. She doesn't like it but knows there is no way out of it. Angelo is not what Kat expected and finds that he thinks of her more as a trophy wife and more of an equal. This is a shortish book but plenty of action to keep you engaged and wanting to find out if the 2 main characters can have a happy ending.

Absolutely Brilliant and Action Packed Read

This is book three in The Mafia Lords series and it is Kat and Angelo’s story. Kat is a mafia princess and duty always comes first but it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t resent it so when her father arranged a marriage between Kat and Angelo who is her fathers enemy and because it is a business arrangement she has no choice but Kat will not make it easy for him as she is no walk over and Angelo will soon find that out. Angelo didn’t want to get married but as business always comes first he went along with it because you keep your enemy’s close but what he expected was a passive wife and Kat was far from that. The more time that they spend together things start to change between them but how will it all end. There are twists and turns along with danger, secrets, assassins, action, suspense, drama, violence, great characters and situations that will have you on the edge of your seat and turning the pages to see what would happen next and what the outcome would be for them all. I absolutely love this book and can’t wait to read more.

This is a fun story with some romance and suspense and of course offers an HEA. If you like mafia arranged marriage stories this book is a great option.

Loved this arranged marriage between loyal mafia princes, Kat, and Don Angelo. They immediately made a sexy pair, and I liked that they kept surprising themselves with regard to biases they had about each other. Great pacing … it had enough of everything for me. Loved the loyalty in the Vitale familia.

Kat just wanted one night away before her marriage to her father's enemy. However her friends took her to a new bar and she ends up with more than she bargained for. The next day when her groom lifted her veil she was surprised to see the man from the night before. The man she had a one night stand with. After the wedding their relationship grows and Angelo begins to fall in love. After outside sources try to take them down his possessiveness comes out and all bets are off.

Very fast, No fluff, no BS, no nonsense. Loved it more than expected.

I really enjoyed how this author wrote this story in a very concise and to the point way. She cut out all the background noise pomp and circumstance that we normally have to sift through to get to the main plot points and sometimes skim right on over. I did not think I would like it and though I may feel like I missed something but really I did not. When I finished the book, I left feeling like I had left knowing the characters past, present and future. This was not my first book by this author. I really enjoy her writing but this book is my favorite so far. Give it and her a try you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book. I read it in one sitting and it ticked all the boxes- suspense, heat, sweetness and a little enemies to lovers, but not too much! Kat was a great h, which took me by surprise as at the start I thought Angelo was going to completely rule over her, but she was quite surprising. Great book.

There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love (ALL THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE MAFIA WORLD). By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! CAN’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED!!!!!. Katharine the daughter of Don head of the Marino family has always know she is nothing more than a pawn in her father’s game although he tells her it is her duty for family, she is to marry a man with a reputation for violence their rival and not a good man so if he is expecting a humble, quite, meek wife well he has another thing coming. This is the 3rd book out of 4 in the Mafia Lords Series. Although this book felt a bit short to me, it packed a punch.move read the series in order so far and have enjoyed this series. I was surprised to find a bit of humour, but item was welcomed. The story is filled with lots of ‘hold your breath’ moments. The story captivates you and keeps you reading. Great story.

Kat isn’t your typical mafia princess. She isn't flashy but actually pretty normal. This draws Angelo in the beginning. The way they meet the first time might seem like it was setting them up for disaster, but it gives Angelo time to get an idea of the real Kat. It is an enjoyable story.

I absolutely love this series! And I loved this couple. Angelo and Kat have an arranged marriage as rival families. Kat sees Angelo at their wedding and realizes she knows him from one night they had together. But he told her his name is Cole. After their wedding their relationship continues to progress until it is all out love. Angelo will do anything to protect his wife and he does. I loved the whole flipping book.

Liked the pace and direction of the story

This book was fast paced, no nonsense, straight to the action, and I loved it. Kat is forced to marry Don Angelo after her father strikes up a deal with him. It starts off as a kind of enemies to lovers because Kat is resentful about the entire thing and Angelo is more intrigued by her than anything. She’s not a shrinking violet, which he loves. Their chemistry is very hot throughout the book. Assassination attempts plague the couple early on, but the source is swiftly dealt with (his violent vow), and they go onto their happily ever after. He’s protective of her, and she’s loyal only to him. It was a good story.

Little does she know that the man she meets the night before her wedding is the man she is about to marry. Angelo that he was getting a meek mafia wife but when he runs into her the night before their wedding, he sees a different side of her. It only makes him want her more. Can these two find a happily ever after?

I enjoyed reading this book. It’s a true arranged marriage where neither party knows the other one before they get married. This book deals with their relationship and also how things are going for the mafia family. This book is well-written, had strong characters and a great plot.

I loved this quick read. Kat was a mafia princess and her father arranged a marriage with their biggest enemy to form an alliance. Her last night of freedom, he friends take her to a new club. There she meets an older handsome and charming man. They spend a night of passion together. The next day, she walks down the aisle to marry a man she’s never met or seen. That is until he lifts her heavy veil and she’s face to face with the man from the club. A good storyline with action, attempted assassins and a bonding between these two former enemies. Loved it.

I am loving this series, I love this author! As soon as I see a new book I cannot wait to get my hands on it. I loved all the characters in this and of course the mafia storyline drew me in, as mafia romance is one of my favourite tropes. This author does this genre so well and I cannot wait to the next one!

Kat and Angelo made me melt for them as they had the best moments together. After a one night stand Kat doesn’t realize that the man she spent time with is actually her future husband. Angelo is a rough man but he makes up for it with opening up to Kat and protecting her.

His Silent Vow is an excellent, fast paced, arranged marriage story and it definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. Katharine “Kat” Marino's father, Aldo Marino, is the Don of the Marino Familia. He's arranged marriage between Kat and Angelo Vitale, Don of the Vitale Familia. These two are captivated by each other and what they believe to be a convenience ends up so much more. This is quite a journey and you'll enjoy every minute.

Short and sweet arranged marriage mafia romance. There’s a bit of drama from outside forces, but generally their relationship is all sweetness. I tend to like a bit more push and pull, but I still enjoyed the story and their happy ending.
