Mason pushed off from the wall and walked to her. “The ropes are an extension of the person performing the tying. An extension of their arms and fingers. They’re meant to caress and comfort. The ropes are symbolic of the connection between the individuals involved in the scene as you saw outside.” Mason stood just a whisper from her face. His thumb brushed her fingers holding the silk cord as their gazes locked. “How about a little roleplay, Kate?”
She cocked her head. “Roleplay?”

Kate turned back to face the painting and leaned into his chest. “You scare me,” she whispered.
His fingertips trailed a path up and down her arms. “Why?”
“Because you seem to know what I’m thinking before I do.” Because you’re so right for me but so wrong. Because you’re like a gooey, delicious ice cream sundae I’ll never allow myself to taste.
Mason chuckled. “Is that a bad thing?” His voice poured through her body. Closing her eyes, she pulled away from him. Her glance moved from the door to the platform. She’d never have another chance like this to experience it. Kate squared her shoulders. “Okay. But I’m not getting naked,” she said, holding an index finger up. She moved to the platform and kneeled. Even though the surface was hard, a calmness came over her as she moved to the middle of the table and gazed over the painting in front of her.
“I’m fine with that limit, for now, except for your feet.” Mason slipped off her shoes and rubbed tight circles his thumbs into the arch of her foot.
Kate let out a throaty moan. “How do you know how to do that?”

I have so enjoyed this series, The Satin Rose Experience by Ms. Bunino and would love to see more! That's how much I've liked them, especially this one as it deals with an older heroine who deals with everyday issues like age, shapewear, and insecurity about her body.
Kate is ambivalent about submitting her application to Domsublife.com and is just about to back space out when her mother's emerald bracelet does the deciding for her. The clasp lets go and it drops on the enter key.
After weeding out some bizarre requests, she gets one from Mason M, 28 a Dom who mentions art. This peaks her interest and after a discussion, she agrees to meet him, even though she only wants to research BDSM for an author her publishing company picked up.
She meets him at the Guggenheim, and after looking at the regular artwork, they go to a special exhibit. A BDSM themed one. Will she or won't she?
I Loved Mason, and he obviously has infinite patience. I will admit I did get Mason in the "friend zone" for so long, but it's so worth it when they get together. And I do understand where Kate is coming from, after all, I'm one of those 40 something, spanx wearing women. I don't know if I'd want a 28 year old hottie looking at my bits either.

Romancing the Book Review

Tie Me Free is the fourth book in The Satin Rose Experience series by Sandra Bunino. I chose this book because I have read the other books in the series and I have enjoyed reading other book I have read by Ms. Bunino.
Kate is forty-year-old woman who is established in her career and looking to expand. As she takes on publishing a BDSM book, she begins to look into the lifestyle and it connects to her more than she ever thought it would. Kate comes across as charming in how naïve she is despite her age and her career.
Mason is a hot and sexy twenty eight year old man. He likes older woman and also being a Dom gives him the chance to meet her. I loved that he saw her not just as a challenge but a way to prove her wrong as his heart got involved.
The chemistry between Mason and Kate is blazing. The sex scenes were scorching. I loved that they connected outside the bedroom together as well as in the bedroom. While the age difference can become an issue having many similar interests will help with issue as they arise because are closely connected.
I found this book well written. The main and secondary characters were realistic and interesting. I loved that ending of the story because it fit these characters so well. This was one book I had a hard time putting down because I read this book in one sitting. Ms. Bunino writing style drew me into the story and did not let go until the very end. Overall, this was a magnificent book and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

Mason was patient with Kate and they became really good friends. Kate finally decided to take a chance on Mason. It was a really good short story. I am enjoying the SRE series.

I love the title of this book and it's a beautiful description of the story as well. It all starts with Kate needing Mason's help, but she has no idea what she has set in motion. I felt the cosmic pull throughout the story. Mason is the right man in the right place, for sure.
His approach and patients are tailor-made for what Kate needs, because she certainly won't admit to what she wants. I felt her desire to give in and it kept me turning the pages. Their first kiss is really something special.
Sandra Bunino has crafted a tantalizing tale. She showed respect not only for Shibari, but also to BDSM and highlighted one of the beautiful aspects. The lifestyle means different things to different people.
Another great read. She's definitely staying on my auto buy list. I highly recommend Tie Me Free.

This peaks her interest and after a discussion, she agrees to meet him, even though she only wants to research BDSM for an author her publishing company picked up.\r\n\r\nShe meets him at the Guggenheim, and after looking at the regular artwork, they go to a special exhibit. A BDSM themed one. Will she or won't she?\r\n\r\nI Loved Mason, and he obviously has infinite patience. I will admit I did get Mason in the "friend zone" for so long, but it's so worth it when they get together. And I do understand where Kate is coming from, after all, I'm one of those 40 something, spanx wearing women. As she takes on publishing a BDSM book, she begins to look into the lifestyle and it connects to her more than she ever thought it would. Kate comes across as charming in how naïve she is despite her age and her career.\r\n\r\nMason is a hot and sexy twenty eight year old man. He likes older woman and also being a Dom gives him the chance to meet her. I loved that he saw her not just as a challenge but a way to prove her wrong as his heart got involved.\r\n\r\nThe chemistry between Mason and Kate is blazing. The sex scenes were scorching. I loved that they connected outside the bedroom together as well as in the bedroom. While the age difference can become an issue having many similar interests will help with issue as they arise because are closely connected.\r\n\r\nI found this book well written. The main and secondary characters were realistic and interesting. I loved that ending of the story because it fit these characters so well. This was one book I had a hard time putting down because I read this book in one sitting. Ms. Bunino writing style drew me into the story and did not let go until the very end. I felt her desire to give in and it kept me turning the pages. Their first kiss is really something special.\r\n\r\nSandra Bunino has crafted a tantalizing tale. She showed respect not only for Shibari, but also to BDSM and highlighted one of the beautiful aspects. The lifestyle means different things to different people.\r\n\r\nAnother great read. She's definitely staying on my auto buy list.
