Looking out of the window, he saw the last of the bikes disappearing before heading to the back and sitting opposite the woman who was plaguing his thoughts.
She tensed as he sat down.
“What’s the matter?” she asked.

Judi paused, putting her fork down onto her plate. “I’m fine, Ripper.”
Staring into her dark brown eyes, he wondered what was going on in that head of hers. She had always fascinated him, but he’d cut any of the thoughts or curiosity from his mind. For the first time in the last two years, he wanted to get to know more.
“Really?”
“What did you want me to say?” She hadn’t picked up her fork to eat some more.
Leaning over, he snagged one of her pancakes and ate it himself. “Last night you killed a man. I’m not a fucking idiot, and I don’t need a degree to know it fucks with people’s heads.” His first kill had left him reeling for days. To get over it he’d drunk, done drugs, and fucked every pussy available to him to stop thinking about what he’d done. Being in the club helped him even more.
Tears filled her eyes, and she looked down at her food.
“I’m trying not to think about it.”
Her voice was only a whisper, but he caught the sadness in her tone.
“You need to think about it but get over it.”
She looked up, glaring at him. “You told me not to mention it outside of that hotel room. Why are you forcing me to talk about it?”
“Because I was being an ass, and you deserve better. Killing a man doesn’t make things easier. I took care of it, but you need to take care of it here.” He pressed his fingers to her temple.
“I’m never going to be able to get over it. I killed a man.”
“I know. I’ve killed many.”
She closed her eyes, picking up her fork to start playing with her food. “How did you handle it?”
“The usual way, drinking, snorting, and fucking. I doubt it’s going to work that way for you.”
Judi shook her head. “I’ve fucked enough men.”
His hands fisted at his sides. “Don’t,” he said.
“Don’t what? It’s the truth.”
“No, it’s not. You were fucked by men, forced to do it. You were never willing.”
“How do you know?” she asked, glaring at him.

After being used by a pimp and living in a nightmarish hell, Judi never thought she would be attracted to a man again until Ripper slowly brought her body, heart and soul back to life with his touch. But is there relationship doomed with Devil and his crew find out about the lovers?
Sam Crescent delivers in her latest a clear example of why readers can’t seem to get enough of her stories no matter genre this talented author is writing in. In Ripper’s Torment the story is sometimes chilling, haunting, dark and compelling and yet at other times the reader is treated to warm, touching and sometimes passionate scenes making this read impossible to put down. The author delights with a captivating pair of characters the reader will be hoping for them to find their happily ever after right from the very first page. Like all of Chaos Bleeds men, Ripper is an Alpha male, a little tough around the edges, coarse but not afraid to say what’s on his mind and willing to take care of business for the good of the MC or his woman. With Judi the reader sees a softer side to Ripper; her sweet touch seems to bring out Ripper’s touching and tender emotions when it comes to his woman. Ms. Crescent believably shows the struggle that Judi has emotionally as well as sexually to be attracted to Ripper and his touch after years of abuse and with the care of tenderness that Ripper puts into wooing Judi the reader can’t help but be affected by it.
The ending wraps up quite nicely after a few bumps along the way; especially when Devil finds out about the relationship between Ripper and Judi and the justice he seeks on behalf of Judi and the code of honor that needs to be addressed.
Readers will be anxiously awaiting the next book in this series but the delightful and always entertaining pen of author Sam Crescent!

Ripper’s Torment by Sam Crescent is the second book in the Chaos Bleeds series. I really enjoyed the first one and it made me want to read the rest of the series. I am glad that I read Ripper’s Torment because it was nearly as good as Devil’s Charm. I liked Ripper and Judi’s story. I like this series so far and will continue to read the rest of books and others within her other series. Ripper’s Torment is a great erotic romance read.
Judi has had a hard life and before things began to get good they got worse. She had been a prostitute and her pimp was going to hurt or kill her before Chaos Bleeds stepped in and saved her. Now she has been “adopted” by Devil the leader of Chaos Bleeds. That means that on one is allowed to mess with her or they are going to have to deal with him. She is ok with that because she has no desire to be used by any man anymore. She isn’t looking for love either. When she gets herself in a bit of trouble she reaches out to Ripper and asks for his help. When he shows up and takes care of the body for her she finds herself attracted to him and that surprises her. She never thought she would ever want any man again. He ignites a fire in her that she has never felt. He is everything she could ever want. They start sneaking around because she doesn’t want Devil to know she is afraid of what his reaction will be. She asks him not to tell him even though Ripper wants to. He agrees but it may be the end of them. Will the two of them find their happily ever after? Or will they pay the price for sneaking around?
Ripper loves being part of Chaos Bleeds and he would do anything for any of the members. He was loyal to them and they were loyal to him. When he gets a call from the “Princess” of the club he rushes to her side to help her get rid of her problem. He has always been attracted to Judi but she has been deemed Devil’s daughter and that meant she was off limits to the guys. He tried to ignore his attraction to her but it is getting harder and harder the more they spend time together. The moment they start sneaking around like love sick teenagers he is ready to approach Devil and tell him about their relationship and his feelings for her but she asks him not too. He decides to respect her wishes even though he knows it could cost him his life. He knows that Devil isn’t going to like the fact that they have been dating and he thinks that it would be better to tell him sooner than later but he doesn’t want to lose her. He is afraid it will happen one way or another. Is he right? Or will they end up together forever?
I really liked Ripper’s Torment the story flowed well together. We meet Ripper in the first book and I liked him much better because you really get to know him in this one. I liked that he was willing to do anything for Judi. I also liked his loyalty to Chaos Bleeds. Judi was an interesting character. I liked her backstory. I thought it was kind of funny that she fell for Ripper. I would have thought he would be too abrasive for her after everything she had already experienced but their chemistry was undeniable. I would recommend Ripper’s Torment to anyone who enjoys a good erotic biker romance.

Judi is the adoptive daughter of Devil. He wants to protect her and give her the education she deserves since he rescued her from being a prostitute. He seems to want better for her than what she has had. Judi seems to have trouble coping with her past and recognizing she did not give consent for what happened to her. Judi seems to very low self-esteem and seems to be shy.
Ripper is a member of the Chaos Bleeds. The more time he seems to spend with Judi, the more he wants to protect her and help make her life better. He manages to get the story behind how she ended up as a prostitute. I loved how he wants to get revenge for what happened.
The chemistry between Ripper and Judi is explosive and a great match. I enjoyed how Ripper let Judi come to terms with the relationship before they told Devil. He did not push or rush her in any way.
I loved this story and how it intertwines with another series Ms. Crescent writes. This story is well written. This book is much better than the first book. The main and secondary characters are realistic and appealing. I loved that it gives a better picture of Devil and Lexie (main characters in the first book) as well as some of the other secondary characters. Overall, this is a great book. I can’t wait to read next book in the series.

I loved it! Sam Crescent did a great job on this story. It had a good plot that pulled me in fast and made it interesting enough that I couldn’t put it down until the end.
This was Ripper and Judi’s story. Most of the main plot centered around their relationship while at the same time coinciding with another book from The Skulls Series. It was really exciting and easily kept me on edge with everything that was happening. Ripper and Judi kept their relationship a secret while carrying on one red hot love affair. So naturally it all blew sky high when the cat got out of the bag.
Oh My God! They had great chemistry, Sam Crescent really knows her stuff, and their sex scenes burned up the pages. I would say that this one was more character driven with the action being mostly peripheral in Zero, the coinciding book that has the Skulls in trouble yet again. Being character driven as this one was meant getting a close inside look at Ripper and Judi. That was just fine with me. We found some of what happened to Judi and how she came into the abusive situation that Devil had saved her from in the first Chaos Bleeds book. We see the aftermath of that abuse and how much she cares about her new family. Of course, I loved getting to see more of Devil. I loved Ripper. Such an alpha male, but sweet and tender with Judi.
As for the writing it was good. The plot flowed well. It was a fast read and I enjoyed everything about this one. So all in all, it was a great read for me. Loved it and can’t wait for more.

Ripper has never been considered a sensitive guy. As a member of an MC, he had done unsavory things which most would run from. The night the MC Princess called, his whole world changed.
Judi carries extreme guilt and self-hatred for a past she has no control over. When the past catches up to her, the only man she can call is Ripper.
Judi has a past she never chose and Ripper has a past he makes no apologies for. Ripper is blind-sided by unfamiliar emotions and Judi is drawn to the safety and love he brings her, but she is the adopted daughter of the MC Prez and off limits. Judi is at a point of no return and afraid of what will happen to Ripper when the truth is revealed.
Chaos Bleeds is a wonderful MC which, as with any MC, strips the bonds of brotherhood and love down to the very basic. Ms. Crescent writes an exceptional series with strong male characters who are only matched by the exceedingly strong females. Judi is a woman without measure with a past few would survive and her character alone makes reading Ripper’s Torment. I highly recommend the writing of Ms. Crescent and give the highest rating to Ripper’s Torment.

Ripper and Judi were hot together!

I really enjoyed Ripper and Judi's story. Ripper wasn't at all what I thought he would be. He was there for Judi and could be really sweet. Judi was dealing with her past and Ripper didn't hold it against her. Judi stuck up for Ripper to Devil. I am enjoying this series and am looking forward to the next book!

I really enjoyed the first one and it made me want to read the rest of the series. I am glad that I read Ripper’s Torment because it was nearly as good as Devil’s Charm. I liked Ripper and Judi’s story. I like this series so far and will continue to read the rest of books and others within her other series. Ripper’s Torment is a great erotic romance read.\r\n\r\nJudi has had a hard life and before things began to get good they got worse. She had been a prostitute and her pimp was going to hurt or kill her before Chaos Bleeds stepped in and saved her. Now she has been “adopted” by Devil the leader of Chaos Bleeds. That means that on one is allowed to mess with her or they are going to have to deal with him. She is ok with that because she has no desire to be used by any man anymore. She isn’t looking for love either. When she gets herself in a bit of trouble she reaches out to Ripper and asks for his help. When he shows up and takes care of the body for her she finds herself attracted to him and that surprises her. She never thought she would ever want any man again. He ignites a fire in her that she has never felt. He is everything she could ever want. They start sneaking around because she doesn’t want Devil to know she is afraid of what his reaction will be. She asks him not to tell him even though Ripper wants to. He agrees but it may be the end of them. Will the two of them find their happily ever after? Or will they pay the price for sneaking around?\r\n\r\nRipper loves being part of Chaos Bleeds and he would do anything for any of the members. He was loyal to them and they were loyal to him. When he gets a call from the “Princess” of the club he rushes to her side to help her get rid of her problem. He has always been attracted to Judi but she has been deemed Devil’s daughter and that meant she was off limits to the guys. He tried to ignore his attraction to her but it is getting harder and harder the more they spend time together. The moment they start sneaking around like love sick teenagers he is ready to approach Devil and tell him about their relationship and his feelings for her but she asks him not too. He decides to respect her wishes even though he knows it could cost him his life. He knows that Devil isn’t going to like the fact that they have been dating and he thinks that it would be better to tell him sooner than later but he doesn’t want to lose her. He is afraid it will happen one way or another. Is he right? Or will they end up together forever?\r\n\r\nI really liked Ripper’s Torment the story flowed well together. We meet Ripper in the first book and I liked him much better because you really get to know him in this one. I liked that he was willing to do anything for Judi. I also liked his loyalty to Chaos Bleeds. Judi was an interesting character. I liked her backstory. I thought it was kind of funny that she fell for Ripper. I would have thought he would be too abrasive for her after everything she had already experienced but their chemistry was undeniable. Judi seems to very low self-esteem and seems to be shy.\r\n\r\nRipper is a member of the Chaos Bleeds. The more time he seems to spend with Judi, the more he wants to protect her and help make her life better. He manages to get the story behind how she ended up as a prostitute. I loved how he wants to get revenge for what happened.\r\n\r\nThe chemistry between Ripper and Judi is explosive and a great match. I enjoyed how Ripper let Judi come to terms with the relationship before they told Devil. He did not push or rush her in any way.\r\n\r\nI loved this story and how it intertwines with another series Ms. Crescent writes. This story is well written. This book is much better than the first book. The main and secondary characters are realistic and appealing. I loved that it gives a better picture of Devil and Lexie (main characters in the first book) as well as some of the other secondary characters. Overall, this is a great book. We found some of what happened to Judi and how she came into the abusive situation that Devil had saved her from in the first Chaos Bleeds book.
